Receptionist at 12:30am didn’t allow me to stay at the hotel, because the fare wasn’t enough for them. How you dare to charged that amount when I was rejected from that kind of horrible hotel? I’ll expect to have a complete refund of my money

that they have transportation from the airport to hotel and from hotel to the airport. That was something I was looking for.

The room was spacious. The staff was great and the restaurant exceptional. Pick up time from the airport was very good. There was no hot water.

La comida es buena y abundante, llegamos ya tarde del aeropuerto y pudimos ordenar room seevice (11pm) y fue un servicio pronto. El hotel en general se ve bastante desgastado, le urge una reforma. La puerta de acceso a las habitiaciones que, en teoría deberia estar cerrada 24/7 para que abras con tu llave, está constantemente abierta. El baño debería estar más limpio (había cabello en la regadera y toallas).

Very nice hotel and good rooms, workers nice, free Shuttle to airport It's inside a mall, some of the escalater didn't work so it was annoying to reach with the bags, outside of mall opening hours many gates are closed and I was send to wrong once by stuff because they also didn't know better, you then wait in a so so area in the streets at 4 am because there is no dedicated Uber or Taxi spot to pre book

The bed is comfortable and the hotel incentivizes the proper use of water . Sounds from the hall wan be easily heard inside the room, doors smashing, people talking, luggage being moved.
