Fabulous terrace restaurant with stunning views. Thoughtfully designed boutique reception areas and bedroom. I thought our ground floor bedroom as comfortable as it was, little dysfunctional as the toilet and shower were upstairs and the wooden staircase was quite steep.

Room was wonderful, the location 5 min walk to historical center, good breakfast & nice staff. Very loud all night rooftop partying - They “mention” evenings on rooftop with music … & Friday night was great band & ended at 11pm … however, Saturday they allowed the band to play until 3 am… this is NOT boutique etiquette, especially being such a SMALL hotel, they’re more worried about the bar money rather than the quality of stay their guests are getting … should maybe think about changing name to hotel VENUE instead of boutique so people know what they’re in for… losing repeat customers operating this way …

The location is the only positive thing about the hotel The hotel staff is unhelpful, does not speak English, they could not issue an invoice, I almost missed my flight because they could not even call a taxi. The room was not clean when I arrived, and even after I complained they did not do anything. In addition, there was extremely loud live music every night in the restaurant so relaxing in the room was not possible.

A good sized room, overlooking a plaza. Friendly staff on the reception desk. A good breakfast. Loud music due to live band playing in the hotel at the weekend.

Everything I wish I could have stayed longer Nothing

The staff were very helpful and understanding. Shower toilet layout is not good, very limited privacy making it for an uncomfortable experience. Limited staff. Location is central and close to the Zocalo but does feel quite sketchy so difficult for I say it is a ‘good’ location. The included breakfast menu was not clear so it seemed very limited.
