We booked our spot to the airport, its not a "first come, first served" which gave us peace of mind, the shuttle left the hotel on time and the chauffeur was professional.

Service, personnel, service to airport every 30 min. Door was very difficult to open and to re program card once cleaning person opened twice once took for ever we were only there 1 night. Not enough towels. Took for ever to get them.
