Location and front desk staff bathroom setup and cleanliness. Room size and cost doesn't match up so I think you pay for the central location of the hotel. At least that's why I chose it.

Everything was amazing, the facilities, the staff, the food. Everything surpassed our expectations.

The staff were very helpful. All in the room was in order. The location around where the hotel is, is noisy with vendors on the street until midnight

The idea to have the mall right next door, with a supermarket!. I like to idea that we called to the service desk to complaint for the next door people and they actually took action. I liked the fresh egg station. I felt like to floors of the rooms weren't clean, but the rest of the room was good. The AC seems like sometimes it wasn't working but nothing that you cannot live (for example or was super cold or warm, difficult to get the right spot)

Location is incredible We had a room with a balcony , it has not been cleaned in a while , that little retracte , and rooms were not big , but ok .
