The swimming pool and gym.. The staff is helpful and you can tell that they’re doing their best to work with what they have. The building is old, the air conditioning was not working. It is a pain to have to pass by the reception before you exit the hotel with your card only to have them activate your card so you can exit the parking. Starbucks in the hotel is almost useless (they only have about 3-4 items to eat..) very poor selection! The surroundings of the property / location not so great..

gym was great. upgraded to a balcony room quiet hotel breakfast really good walking distance ,30 mins to historic centre. ubers readily available. internal rooms with no natural light

The food at the restaurant was amazing and the service was excellent: Rene, Emiliano, ManuelFelipe the Capi, Nohemi at the bar, all of them took very good care of us. The place is smoke free but sometimes people smokes way too near to the front door, they should establish a smoking area few meters away from the front door so the smoke don't get inside with the wind.

Facilities Very noisy. The reception staff call me at 11pm (I was sleeping already). The reception staff didnt apply me a promotion of the event I assist. Very bad experience in general.
