The location was great, just a stone-throw away from Zocálo, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, the beds are quite comfortable, and the en-suite bathrooms make it an even better experience. The hostal had this weird rule that you cannot bring your own alcoholic drink to the hostal. It basically is designed to sell their over-priced products at the reception. I have both worked and stayed in many hostals, and i have never seen or heard od such a weird rule (and they make you sign a paper that you understand it). Also, they do not have elevators, unfortunately, but, of course, it is understandable. However, if you happen to have heavy luggage(s) and are assigned to a room in the 3rd or 4th floor, I wish you good luck with dragging them through the narrowest stairs i have seen in recent years

The facilities and room are clean. The kitchen can be improved. Overall a good place to stay close to everything, including metro and metrobus I believe they are working on what can be improved. More fans or AC needed in the room.

central location for Mexico City, fans continued 24 hrs, noisy in rooms, one floor had adequate toilets, second floor not so, prices went up 10 fold in world cup period

Die Lokalisation ist unschlagbar, näher im Zentrum geht es nicht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und haben alle einen Vorhang und sind auch stabil gebaut. Gutes preis-leistungsverhältnis. Das Personal könnte teilweise freundlicher sein. Die Küche ist schlecht ausgestattet für so ein großes Hostel. In den großen schlafsäen mit vielen Betten gibt es zu wenige WCs und Duschen für so viele Personen, die entsprechend auch nicht so sauber waren.

Very close to city center and very nice stuff. We stayed in the mixed dormitory 2 out of 4 nights because the experience was disappointing. The air inside felt heavy, with a constant smell of industrial paint. Also there were large, noisy fans. Definitely not recommended if you’re looking for proper rest.On the positive side, the bathrooms were clean. However, there was only one toilet for men and one for women, which is insufficient for such a large dormitory.

You have to get toilet paper before going in to the WC. There is no space in the showers to put your things.

Everything was perfect, only complaint was that there was no A\C OR I wish the room had a better quality fan. The fan sucked. Had to sleep with the windows open which led to mosquito attack.

Criminal activity (my boots and toiletries were stolen in the room during my absence) No toilet paper in the washroom in the rooms
