It's a great option for the price. Rooms were very large and comfortable. Good room service and restaurant at an affordable price. Large smart TV with streaming services. Staff was a bit distant.

Large room and bathroom. King bed. A/C. Two working areas and good wifi. Free parking. Could use more lighting over the sink. The area immediately around the hotel varies quite a bit. Some streets have nice shops and restaurants, while others are a bit rougher.

The room is spacious, with a big bed and a big TV. There's plenty of space for luggage and the shower works really well. Just one small inconvenience: if you want to pay for the restaurant room service with a card, you have to go down to the restaurant and order there; you can't do it over the phone.

The staff could be a bit more accommodating, when we were heading to the room and tried to use the elevator an employee got in and left my wife outside of it to take the next one, saying she was just going to get out on the next floor. Other than that everything went fine.

The restaurant service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who made every meal even more enjoyable.The food was simply spectacular well-presented dishes, delicious favors,and a great variety of options. My stay at the hotel had some positive aspects,but the experience with the pillows was quite disappointing. The ones in the room were very old and thin,making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.I requested two additional pillows for more comfort,but I was told they didn’t have any available. Eventually, they brought just one, which was even worse condition than others.I believe the hotel should improve this aspect,as a good night’s rest is essential a pleasant stay.

Great hotel with great size room. Missing Fridge and microwave. The hotel is close to a busy street and is not soundproof so it's impossible to sleep at night...literally impossible.
