During the night the staff were taking so loud and playing music on their phones. I did call main office to reported, but still the staff continue with their conversation until 2 am. That was the only thing I did like :(

the size and the sex friendly seat and sex positions on the wall. it smelled like cigarettes and no elevator ? but the staff was super quick to ask if they can help carry luggage.

The cleanness of the room The pillows were a little bit hard.

We came twice to this hotel and we had a wonderful experience every time! Clean, bed and location are amazing, fair price and an amazing staff! A little noisy due to the proximity to the road.

Surrounding neighborhood felt very rundown so Hotel Lirio's upscale accommodations didn't match.

Fresh building and interior of a room (if we are talking about Mexico :). Not far away from metro station. Nice personal. No air conditioner, road is next to the building, and it is impossible to sleap at night because of loud cars. It seems that the hotel is used for "+18 purposes." We have heard it every night. The bed is small for two average Europeans. Internet is weak sometimes. Terrible surrounding, not the best region. There are only two electicity sockets - one near to bed and one in the bathroom.

The surroundings of the hotel was bad. It felt unsafe. There is a park right around the corner that you can see people sleeping on the street. I choose not to walk outside the hotel. Hotel seem to be used as a motel to beat that thing up. No noise while i stayed there. Price was good and facilities where good. But the Surrounding area just sucked. Good if you wanna save money and if you have a vehicle you will be fine.

IT woould be ok for night but we stayed the 4 nights and the problems made it an unpleasant stay. The staff was trying to be helpful when we tried to communicate in English. Location is close to metro. Trying to contact hotel before coming was impossible. On chat they answered with a default copy paste message on every question and on telephone nobody spoke english. Moreover when we have arrived to the hotel they couldn't find our reservation. The room was small, it had one small window to inside the building so it was hard to leg fresh air to the room. The pillows were uncomfortable. And the walls were thin as we heard sounds from other rooms especially loudly during night.
