location staff rooms are too small

This is my 2nd stay. I want to thank Graciela and Diana, receptionists, good job. Housekeeper, Guadalupe, ok job. Room #203 needs attn from maintenance dept: bathroom faucet leaks a lot; kitchenette could use some more thorough cleaning. Bathroom and bedroom linens are quite old and shabby. It would be nice to have true white bedbathroom linens, rather than gray. The location is excellent, I will go back when I need to. As stated above. Bathroom and bedroom linens need a lot of attention. Also the kitchenette needs cleaning.

The water temperature was never right. It went from hot to freezing in a second which made it difficult to take an enjoyable shower.

The location was perfect for our needs and the facilities were clean. The following were nuisances that you may want to be aware of. We had to manually fill the toilet tank almost every time we flushed the toilet because the mechanism in the tank kept getting stuck. It wasn't just the toilet in our room either — the one in the gym had the same issue. The lighting in the bathroom is terrible and it's impossible to see well enough to apply make up/cosmetics. Staff were polite but not welcoming.

Shower was either burning hot or ice cold - mentioned it to staff and they tried explaining to me like I was a child who doesn't know how to use a shower. Asked for someone to check it out. No one did anything about it.

The staff are very friendly. The location is quiet and has a family vibe. There is a good children's playpark a few minutes walk away, which is suitable for all ages of children. The internet works well. The rooms are cleaned daily. Everything you need is provided in the kitchen. The area feels very safe Nothing.

The hotel is conveniently located. The staff are welcoming, and the rooms are spacious and well-appointed, featuring a kitchenette and refrigerator. The accommodations feel very much like a small apartment. With so many breakfast options in the neighbourhood, I find the cost of the hotel's breakfast excessive and not worthwhile. It’s definitely better to explore the area and try other places. Additionally, the curtains are quite short, allowing light into the room early in the morning. There is a gym on the ground floor, but it’s unclear what the terms of use are, or even if it’s accessible at all.
