Amazing breakfast!

Hotel Dama is a beautiful small boutique hotel in the heart of Roma, Mexico City, and our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel has a warm, stylish, and intimate feel that makes it stand out from larger hotels. What truly made the experience special was the incredible service from the entire staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. They genuinely care about their guests and it shows in every detail. The breakfast was also outstanding. Their in-house chefs offer amazing fresh options each morning, and everything was delicious, beautifully prepared, and much better than a typical hotel breakfast. The location is perfect, close to great restaurants, cafes, shops, and everything that makes Roma such a special part of Mexico City. Highly recommend Hotel Dama and can’t wait to come back! Everything was perfect

Very warm and welcome property with the most friendly staff. My only complaint was that the shower water didn’t stay hot very long. It would heat up, cool down, and then heat up again during the course of a shower.

Beautiful interiors and greenery. Beautiful breakfast terrace. Great location The breakfast was quite underwhelming. When you order eggs, it’s one fried egg ?

We loved this hotel. It's truly a boutique experience in every sense. When we arrived a little before check-in, the staff were incredibly kind and accommodated us by getting our room ready early. The room itself was beautiful, the bathroom was gorgeous, the shower was huge, and the bed was supremely comfortable. The service was consistently wonderful; everyone we encountered was so lovely and welcoming. We also loved the rooftop restaurant, a perfect spot to start your morning or wind down the evening with a nightcap. The location is ideal as well, nestled on a quiet side street in Condesa, yet within walking distance of amazing restaurants, shops, and parks. Overall, Hotel Dama was the perfect choice for our Mexico City vacation. 10 out of 10. Our safe didn't work the whole time we were there. Not a deal breaker by any means, but it should be replaced.

Location. Rooftop Bare facilities. Charging for water for a room that is $700 USD a night + no milk / creamer for coffee in room. Little things can greatly improve the experience. Electricity voltage was low. US dryer / curling iron did not work but should in CDMX

The location was dark when I arrived late at night as a solo female traveller. There could be more light, more security. Even though I liked the hotel overall, I probably wouldn't stay there again as a solo traveler. The staff could have been more alert / better vibrancy amongst the staff. Everyone was nice & okay but the overall service level wasn't what I would expect at that price range of a hotel. The breakfast experience could have been more indulgent/generous food-wise.

Uncomfortable, noisy plumbing too expensive

Great hotel with the most accommodating staff. The location is perfect!
-
Location- Staff- cleanliness-rooftop bar. Heavy rains caused basement flooding that resulted in No hot water for our last two days.

Such a beautiful space and decor. The location was in a beautiful quiet area with tons of cool restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms were stylish and comfortable . The upstairs terrace was had good food and cocktails. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. The rooms were exceptionally clean.

This boutique oasis in Condesa was absolutely wonderful! The people who run this hotel were so kind, and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had a lovely stay. The mid-century minimalism of my room was executed to perfection and every inch of the space was spotless. The shower was massive and had a window which I always appreciate. Listening to birds chirping while you shower is another level of peace that just can't be beaten. I can't wait to stay here again on my next trip!

Great hotel in wonderful location. Rooms were well appointed and shower was great. The terrace where breakfast was served was so lovely. All of the people that worked there were fantastic. Very small quibble, the room was small and I understand that, but there was enough room for one chair which would have been nice to have some place to sit other than the bed. But other than that, the room was lovely.

An oasis in Mexico City. The bed aa so comfortable and great shower. Delicious breakfast on the roof and the staff so helpful and booked a great trip for us.

Location was amazing, the terrace is beautiful, rooms are nice, comfy bed and pillows. Staff was accommodating to help us out with luggage, transport arrangements and etc. We had a problem in the bathroom - walk in shower was leaking into the rest of the bathroom floor - eventually we found a way to shower without causing too much flooding, but took us a couple days. Upon asking the reception to help us out with the shower/possibility to change the room, they mentioned that they need an approval from the manager and will get back to us, but eventually they didn’t, we felt it would have been better if they had some authority to make changes for us. That being said, we noticed in the bathroom they have tried to install some plastic boarder for the shower to fix the situation.

Food was very good- the terrace is quite pleasant. Staff is very pleasant. Room was large. Long walk to town.
