Everything was wonderful, from the lobby to registration, all the guys who work there are really nice and helpful. You feel very welcoming all the time. Extremely clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. The location is perfect, right in front of the public transportation, metrobus, metro and very easy to walk from there to Zócalo, Torre Latino Américana, Palacio de bellas artes, etc. Everything was great.

The interior and exterior did not meet my expectations.

Location Food, staff and check in until 3 pm

Staff was very kind
-
Is located in a convenient and strategic point of the downtown area During the day can be noisy
-
Small bathroom, no space in wc, no mirrors, we asked for batteries for the TV remote and they did not deliver, it gave an impression that they were renewing the room and left unfinished.

Great location, nice rooftop, water machine on each floor. Nice front desk staff, DJ on the deck was jamming. The property is definitely not for those used to luxury. While it is extremely dated, it’s cozy and clean.

The staff was amazing, from the front desk to the bell boys and valet parking.. All were so helpful The lobby is very cozy, and the roof deck is beautiful for some relaxation. Nothing not to like

Breakfast is amazing! the room was suitable, small but comfy - the location of the Hotel is great for the purpose of my trip

Main lobby is beautiful and location is really good. Huge plus is that it’s super close to the metro, which is great for getting around. I wish you could sit at the roof top without having to worry about needing to order food & drink. Also, the AC unit in my room was flashing an error code that indicated the coolant was nearly gone or empty. We ran the fan mode and opened the window for air circulation, but it would have been nice to have gotten cool air, especially during the ongoing heat wave.

I loved the location, prime area The rooms could be cleaner.

Excellent location, right by Hidalgo underground station, easy walking distance from Palacio de Bellas Artes. Large comfortable room, good shower. Breakfast is excellent if a bit pricey. Helpful staff. Lifts can be a bit on the slow side All good, no problems

Our bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and the security door lock was broken. I mentioned this to the front desk staff several times—they kept saying they would fix it—but they didn't; it took them four days to repair it. Aside from that, everything else was fine.

Great location. Love the decor in the lobby. The coffee shop, restaurant, and rooftop bar were great. Everything was very clean and the staff were friendly. We had a regular room and a junior suite. The regular room was fine, no complaints. The suite was just a bigger room. We were hoping for more seating space so the whole group come be together, but there was only one chair. The bathroom in the suite was strangely designed with a diagonal wall next to the toilet that made it difficult to use the toilet. There wasn’t enough space.

There are a lot of interesting places to visit near the downtown Maybe I little noise due to the music in the 10th floor
-
Building looks old. No fridge at room.

The hotel was nice coffee shop up top roof top it stayed it had a spa but it did not The staff does attend to anything you ask they pretend not to understand a lot of mishaps here. Room smelt like a sewage. Took them an hour to change your room Other room toilet, didn’t flush Couldn’t get them to deliver towels As for no room training or anybody in the room and they entered Staff upstairs on the rooftop was completely unattended and rude

Excellent location. Great customer service. Awesome breakfast. The bathroom shower in our room did not drain properly so water would accumulate and we had to take quick showers...
