Hotel Monaco

Immaculately clean hotel. Super friendly front desk for check in and check out. Street noise for rooms at the front of the hotel.

The location The staff on service desk were not capable of gives us 2 extra towels due their enviromental program ??‍♂️

Spacious, dirty, poorly lit rooms. There was no drinking water in the room and when I asked for a bottle, I was told housekeeping handles that. The only person who was willing to help was the lady guard outside. Obviously, there is a discrepancy between the service the hotel advertises and the actual service you get. Starting at the front desk, in the morning shift the two ladies are very rude, they are suited to run a concentration camp, not a hotel.

The water pressure in the shower. The amenities. The towels. The main problem in that hotel is the day front desk ladies. The two of them have no business managing a hotel, they have all it takes to be a maximum security prison guard. I do not recommend the hotel because as in all service industry establishments, customer service is vital.

the location in great there was hair under the pillows and the room was so dark, also there was no windows. so it was creepy

Great staff, comfortable room. Shower was a multi-directional dribbler rather than a concentrated flow of pressurised water.

Excellent parking, room size good, mattresses ok. Sound insulation quite poor given that there faces a very busy road. Location good at first sight but the last few hundred metres to the hotel are a bit sketchy when walking.

Excellent location. It allowed me to move easily and reach downtown in minutes. A more comfortable matress

super dog/ in our case baby cat friendly. All clean and comfy! the coffee at the restaurant was way too expensive. Breakfast options were weak.

Good breakfast, great service. Front desk lady kept yelling at me. We decided not to extend our stay. Also, there was no coffee pot in the room, as advertised. They said because of covid, it makes no sense.

Nothing Dangerous location, sheets were dirty, sound from the hallway was loud. I could hear a pimp and his employee arguing with someone across the hall. So the security was not great, because they let anyone in the hotel. The doors were not a good barrier from the outside hallway. The remotes to the tv and A/C unit didn't work great. The security lock box didn't work either. The sound from the street coming into the room was really loud. Just wasn't a comfortable reliable stay all at that hotel. Find somewhere else to stay.

Friendly staff , good Restuarant the area isn’t good and bit dangerous, lots of prostitution around
