The Location First they gave me the key to someone else’s room, I walked in and someone’s else’s stuff was there. Went back to reception and told them. I reserved for a suite and it did not look like a suite, they never gave me a remote control for the tv, and we only got the electricity going in the room once, then it would not stay on and we were in the dark the rest of the night and morning we were leaving.

Really fantastic location and a cool space. The restaurant downstairs was also lovely. Part of the reason we booked our stay here was because it advertised an airport shuttle, but a week before our trip, I inquired about this service and staff said it was unavailable. It wasn’t too much of a concern for us, since the hotel is easily accessible from the airport, but for other travelers, it may be an inconvenience.

The location, the reception and the room are all good. The staff in the restaurant didn’t say any English. So I didn’t enjoy my breakfast at all.

Very good breakfast. There are 10 choices in the "paquete" offered. Well prepared from an open kitchen.
