I love this place so much. I want to stay hear every time I visit. The rooms are very large, some have saunas! Elevator worked. Pretty hotel. Wonderful friendly staff. 24 hours front desk. Very safe place. Enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace every morning. Walls are a little thin, not a lot, but a little.

The place is woderful, the staff is very nice and caring about your experience and the rooms are very comfortable, all theappliances work perfectly and the Chef in charge and Lily are AMAZING PEOPLE, close to a lot of nice places, metro stations and key zones of the city. WIFI service can be improved a little bit, I didn´t get enough signal in different zones of the room, besides from that everything has a 10/10 review!!

Everything, sauna in the bathroom. Location to so many restaurants, bar right next door. Breakfast on the roof. The most comfortable bed and sheets. Great staff. Nothing.

The hotel was located in the condesa area which was great for us as it was a lovely safe area to walk around in with good bars,cafes and restaurants. close to major attractions too. Shout out to Pedro who prepared breakfast for us in the terrace every morning and is a lovely man. Great guy and thank you for finding a channel i could watch a football game on at 8am :-) hotel was going through some renovations which were a little disturbing but not too much.

Great location in walkable neighborhood, Uber readily available, great variety of restaurants, wonderful breakfasts. The hotel was undergoing construction—kitchen/breakfast deck not open. We had bfast in our room, snd were gone most of the day, but we were unaware of the construction prior to stay.

The room was comfortable and had enough modern style. The breakfast up on the roof terrace was delicious. Everything was clean but in places a little run down as if they weren't quite finished with the decorating works. Especially on the roof terrace. It is at a quite busy intersection and was very difficult to find. Even though it was a busy area the room was quiet.

Good location and friendly staff The breakfasr system (in the room from the cafe below, with a service fee of 200 pesos) was awful.—this, mind you , with our having paid for breakfast included in the room! Also, the place was being extensively renovated, which was our bad luck and not really the hotel’s fault.

Location is wonderful. The staff was very helpful. Loved the delivery of breakfast in the morning. Our room on the second floor, we had a street light outside the window which did not have any curtains or way to block out the bight lights. (Photo of room view.) You are above two restaurants and a lovely Cafe across the street. One plays music until early morning. We have our ear plugs so this was only mild discomfort. The picture of the suite is similar to the rooms. The roof top which was what I was hoping for was under construction. Some how when places have main features not available we need to find a way to see this. That was the biggest disappointment for us to enjoy. You have to eat in your rooms and the table was OK. These are all small issues, easily overlooked because the city is so wonderful.
