Excellent location in the heart of Polanco, always go back, I have stayed many times all good

Shower wasn’t working and there was nobody to tell about it

Rebecca was very warm and welcoming. The rooms were nice, but the bathrooms could use a little TLC regarding the shower heads. The pillows were not very comfortable. They always had plenty of water in a dispenser located in the lobby. Big bang for your buck.

Everything was nice. Although pillows need improvement and make sure you bring your own shampoo & conditioner & body wash. Pillows. Too hard

Location Had to keep ringing bell for 20 mins before anyone answered (8pm at night)

Location only the rest was crap It was super dusty, no internet, no phone, tv without any channels, curtain drapes were falling down, and the toilet was clogged. It would take multiple flushes for somehting to go.

Location Rooms not comfortable, terrible pillows and very old mattress, old bath towels and limited bathroom supplies (paper tissue)

There are a lot of space in the room. A big bed. We had all the facilities, hot water in the shower, parking lot, security, good location. It’s secure to stay there. The staff is checking the cameras and taking care of the parking lot, that is good. The furniture and the hotel is very old, but clean, that is the most important. Just near the hotel there are restaurants to have a breakfast.

Location Uncomfortable bed, couch and chairs. Hard like a rock.

Only the location. It was close to where I had to go. The place is awful. I was given the wrong code to enter. The elevator did not work. I asked for breakfast upon arrival and was told that there would be a food truck in the morning. I was not interested, but at mid morning I received an email telling me to ask for the free breakfast??!!. The bathroom smelled badly. The towels were dirty gray. I never used them. The sheets had stains. The room was cold. There was a radiator but it was not enough to warm the room up. I had a terrible experience. Despite paying 2 nights I only stayed 1.

The elevator didn't work. Staff unhelpful. Bathroom had an awful smell. Towels looked not well washed, never attempted to use them. Bed sheets had old stains. Bedroom was cold; there was a radiator that barely helped to warm it up.

The bed needs more blankets at autum and winter season.
