Very disappointing experience. The room was dirty, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the bedding was old, dirty, and covered in hair. The floors were also dirty. To make matters worse, the window had a dirty sheet being used as a curtain, which gave the room a neglected and unprofessional appearance. The service was terrible, and the woman at the front desk was not helpful at all when we raised our concerns. We asked for a refund because of the poor conditions, but nothing was done. Overall, this was a horrible stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Only the location The room was nos very clean, the mattress was not good, the pillows where in very bad shape, the bathroom was infested with ants, the bedroom doors allowed a ton a noise to go into the room, WiFi was flimsy, no mosquito nets on the windows and no A/C

1- Great location, 10 out of 10 2- Good attention from the staff (they respond to everything quickly and kindly) 3- Constant cleaning for people who last several days 4- In the lobby there is a Nespresso machine and hot water, for preparing teas or coffees. 1- The quality of the towels. Pillows and sheets are very low. They are worn, not very comfortable 2- The ventilation of the rooms is not very good and The bathrooms do not have any ventilation. 3- When they clean the room and change the towels, they usually forget to replace with new ones. 4- for people with light sleep, it is complicated, because you can hear everything that moves in other rooms and the doorbell of the entrance that is very loud.

Location The basic amenities like toilet paper, towels, soap, wifi were not there when we arrived. The shower door was stuck and dangerous with metal chipping off when we tried to close it. The whole bathroom floors we soaking wet. We reported all of this and they didn’t fix it, only closed it and the it was extremely hard and dangerous to open and take a shower. Old pillows. Hard to contact staff and anyone to troubleshoot. The pictures and lobby are nice but deceiving. I wouldn’t stay here again. Very disappointing.

Location, few things that were there, worked Lost packages since they didn’t receive them, they didn’t bother to let me know they arrived. They didn’t respect the early shipping on booking app. Minimum services. Too much noise.

The noise was terrible. Very bad noise isolation, I could hear everything from my room, specially the doorbell ring. This happened repeatedly through the night, making it very hard to sleep well. Additionally, they repeatedly didn't have enough towels or pillows for my room, and even though the room was big enough, it didn't have a simple table to put my stuff on, other than the nightstand tables.

Price was super good and it was a small beautiful hotel

Only the location. The first room I was assigned was dirty (hair on the bed, dust on the floor) and it also had no towels, so I requested a room change. The second room had the same issues: it was not clean, there was hair and stains on the bed sheets, and I even found an insect on the bed. It also had no towels and no blanket. On top of that, the pillows didn’t have pillowcases. There was also no hot water. I booked two nights for a long layover specifically to rest, but I felt uncomfortable the entire time. I was so tired that I slept fully clothed, and since there was no blanket, I had to keep my sweater on to stay warm. I contacted Booking to request a refund and never received one.

The best location The room had no windows, also close to the front desk, during the night every time to time people arrived being noisy

They had bedbugs.

No fan or ac in the room, to keep the room cool have to keep de windows open unfortunately there’s no screens to keep mosquitoes from getting in

Location. Staff. Aesthetics’s It could be cleaner. It was clean. But the sheets had some stains. Could improve communication via app (booking) for inquiries before the stay.

Location is excellent. the windows blind didn’t working I recommended installing one small ceiling fan for more comfort

You can hear absolutely everything due to its thin walls. The other guests were so noisy we couldn’t sleep, and the staff even kicked us out 30 minutes before our check-out time.
