Stay was very good, staff polite and helpful.

I loved the breakfast and how attentive they were while I was there . The young lady offered to make my waffles and she was lovely. The room is big a beautiful. The location is amazing. The front door staff was just amazing. Since we arrived early. They held our bags so we could go eat and then they checked us in as soon as a room was available 30 minutes early. I think if I was to mention one thing, the bed was a bit hard for me, but that is just a me preference, since I like very soft beds. But I still slept like a baby.

The hotel itself is a very good cost benefit. However, I’ve hired a transfer from the airport and the Hotel simply forgot to pick me up. Breakfast is also a sound 3/10. Side services (transfer dis not come) and breakfast

Location, having staff to assist with issues, room size. Temperature control was an issue: either it was too hot or too cold. Fixing that would make it PERFECT.

Location was perfect for what we were doing on our trip. We felt safe. Staff was great. Breakfast were very good. Rooms were comfortable. Highly recommend getting recommendations for things to do from the morning cook, he sent us on some amazing adventures, he’s also the go to guy for getting tickets to soccer games. My three sons and I had a great time.

My honest and sincere thanks to all staff, very helpful and friendly, but specially I want to mention Arturo, he made our stay really special!!! The light in the master bedroom, could be a little bit better!!

Nice modern building, spacious suites. Some building technology made noise although e.g. ventilation was quiet.

The hotel was under construction, I arrived at 2.45pm and the receptionist made us wait till 3pm. I didn't say word Sat on the couch for 15 minutes listening to the drilling in the entrance. The price is way too much for what you recieve, I will not return.
