This place saved my vacation. We’re a couple in our late 50’s spending a week in Mexico City. We booked a place in Roma for the week. But it was sooo loud we couldn’t sleep! I guess we were super close to some nightclubs. Or maybe we’re just at that stage of life where sleeping through loud music just doesn’t work anymore. Which is odd because when I was young I could sleep under my car on paved parking lot using a soda can as a pillow after Grateful Dead concerts. Oh well, those days are gone unfortunately. But darn were they fun!!! Anyway, we were in Roma in our apartment trying to enjoy our vacation and the music started blasting for the second night in a row. My wife was bleary eyed and annoyed from lack of sleep. I knew something had to give. This is when I found this beautiful apartment in a quiet and safe part of town. I booked online. We packed our stuff up and took an Uber to this apartment. It was beautiful. It was safe. And it was QUIET. So quiet. Close to the park and restaurants. Felt safe walking around at night. Definitely can recommend this place.

Quiet and well located property. Quick and easy check in. 24 hour security, great staff. Super spacious, comfortable with all proper amenities for a long stay. Good bedding and furnishings. Highly recommended. Shower pressure could be improved.

Guard has to open the door always for you. Not very sound proof

so spacious, even bigger than the pictures have showed. Every room is big, with extra dressing room, so when your roommate use the bathroom at night, it will be pretty quiet. Safeguard is good, maybe too good, that whenever guests enter or leave the place, the guard will open the front door with keys. That actually make me feel guilty. Good location, walk distance to several museums. The checkout time is actually 11:00-11:30, somehow I read from the email and had the impression that it was 12:30, and got a not-so-polite phone call at 11:15. But they let me stay longer for half an hour to pack my stuff, so everything was good no dryer -- you have to ask the guard to lend you one. The other thing is that we were at 103, where the bedroom window is close to the front door. We can hear people chatting every early morning when we were still sleeping.

good size clean room the reception is not always manned. you have to instead rush to the guard at the main entrance to get help.

The location was convenient for getting around the city, and the layout of the apartment had potential. The staff was extremely rude throughout my stay, which made the experience uncomfortable. The apartment felt dingy and poorly maintained. My keys stopped working almost every day, requiring repeated trips back to the desk. The shower had very weak water pressure, which made it hard to use. Overall, the property did not meet expectations.

The parking, the laundry service, the location, the cleanliness The gym wasn't appealing. The lack of kitchen utensils. We cooked a few times, and it wasn't enough —way too basic.

I would definitely recommend this location!

Clean, secure (24 hour guard). Suite is very large with 1 and 1/2 baths. Kitchen is small and adequately equipped for smaller meals. Great shower with lots of hot water. Comfortable bed. Daily housekeeping service was a surprise. Small gym was a nice perk which we discovered in the parkade. An excellent value for the price. Really enjoyed this quiet area of the city with many restaurants, cafes and convenience stores close by. Would not recommend the suite we were given - 103. The bedroom is directly behind the guard booth and main entrance, so depending on how chatty the particular guard on duty or guest coming and going were, you got allot of noise. There is no AC and weather was warm when we were there so we used the provided fan which helped allot. I cannot imagine being there in the heat of the summer. The addition of an English instruction sheet would be great with info on where to find the gym and laundry (never did find it)

We use these suites various times for our stays in Mexico City, It is always good, the suites are spacious, clean, have all required facilities you need. Staff is very friendly and are always willing to help out or have your suitcases remain in their custody for some days in between stays. Location wise it is also fantastic, walking distance to Polanco and all its restaurants and shops. really i could very much recommend this place.

Quiet location, a quick drive or a 5-10 min walk to the start of Masaryk. I have been staying here for a few years now and rate it highly. WiFi speeds aren't the fastest for work but they are functional
