Had a fabulous driver , Noe , who showed us around and was the quintessential professional and gentleman Housekeeping very kind and efficient Food at breakfast (in room) was mediocre. Chia dish was ok. Weak coffee Phone broke down . Hassle, but they fixed later

The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. We particularly appreciate the maître d’s hospitality, Pedro. He was classy and helpful. I like the area where the hotel is situated. It is safe with police always patrolling the area. The dinner at the restaurant is great. I love hanging out at the Cipriani bar for drinks. I would definitely return next year and stay at the Ritz. My overall experience is 9/10.

Beautiful hotel at the top of a new high rise next to Chapultepec Park. Our room had a terrace and floor to ceiling windows with amazing views of the park, Polanco and mountains - the sunsets were breathtaking. We loved how convenient the hotel is to walking around Condesa and Polanco. It can take awhile to get to your room due to having to take an elevator to the lobby then another elevator to the room. The indoor pool and fitness center are also too small for a new hotel.
