Great service from reception staff. Very nice rooms and amenities. The breakfast and restaurant service is a total disaster. Don’t even bother adding it to your room, it’s a fixed menu with tiny portions (and they won’t even give you options, they will just put down whatever plate and expect you to eat it even if you have dietary restrictions that you explained to them)

Excellent location, outstanding gym, indoor pool, wet and spa facilities, great restaurants and bar, close to Chapultepec and Angel of Independence and the best customer service. Some staff provided good service, but most offered truly exceptional service — making consistency hard to describe as a dislike.
