The location was great, right on the hip walkable neighborhoods and good food all around. Metro access was like 5 minutes away. Like a lot of other reviews, reception was virtually non-existent as far as I could tell. I saw one staff member when I checked in, and not again during a 3 day/2 night stay. Also, the room itself did not have a bathroom in case that isn't clear- it has a separate one you have to walk through the hall to access, which is a little awkward for late night bathroom trips. Also, the walls are paper thin. I could hear the guy in the adjacent room clear his throat and open his suitcase. The light wiring is also a little sketchy looking, but the lights did work.

Well placed location to Bosque de Chapultepec and the museums. Convenient metro stop around the corner. Bed was comfortable and rooms clean. Greatly appreciated the accommodation to take our bags early. Bathroom didn't have a fan and seemed to get a bit damp after showering. Room also didn't have any sizeable windows due to location on ground floor - fan was provided but was a bit loud.

The location was great There was black mold all over on the bathroom ceiling, the room had no window and there were a lot of mosquitos.

Unfortunately communication was difficult as the properties online communication was not translatable to English. Difficult to request airport pick up, ask questions, complete online check in and understand instructions to access accommodations.
