Clean, close to everything

I liked the location and staff. Everyone was friendly. The beds were HORRIBLY uncomfortable. I understand this wasn't a Ritz-Carlton but jeez please upgrade your beds. The body soap in the shower has no smell to it, probably very old. There was no shampoo and conditioner, which I understand many people bring their own but it is the simplest and cheapest accommodation that makes a huge person in a person's stay. I feel like this should be standard. Lastly, my room was so warm at night. I could barely sleep and it impacted my vacation because I was so fatigued throughout the day. The A/C unit did not make cold air, it only circulated the warm air in the room.

There was a lot of street noise, and the a/c unit in the room, which worked well, was very loud.

Location, safe and staff were nice. The internet was awful, it constantly booted you out of the connection. No windows, It felt like a prison. Also didn’t like how you were supposed to ask for toilet paper and they would only give u one at a time.

The location is perfect. It’s in the middle of everything. I wish the Internet worked better. It did work, but it was slow.

Location is fine. Staff was pleasant. It was very cheap. If you want to sleep in complete darkness, they have that covered. The room had no windows. The bed was unnecessarily tiny as a king sized bed could have easily fit the room. I was questioning whether or not it was actually a love hotel. I've stayed in "boutique" hotels that the room was actually smaller but were comfortable because there was an effort made in the layout. This felt like being in a storage unit.

Great location New and clean Friendly staff Convenient shelving and a wall-size mirror in the room Exhaust fan in the windowless room to help with ventilation. A bit loud and can be noisy for some but I like having white noise at night. The fan can be switched on/off. Accurate room descriptions and photos on the website - do pay attention to the specific room you're booking Luggage storage after checkout NO HOT WATER — waited 10 minutes and it never got past lukewarm Intermittent or no Wi-Fi — unusable half the time, iffy the other half. Mentioned in multiple reviews so management must know but hasn’t fixed it Tiny room No window makes the already tiny room feel claustrophobic Broken soap dispenser, no hair dryer

Location was good, lots of restaurants nearby Very basic, elevator not working, beds were uncomfortable. It is a basic option and you should manage your expectations accordingly

Hotel decoration is pretty, the colors are lovely. The room was clean and had everything. The water bottled was welcomed. Bed was comfortable, the desk was nice and so the space to put clothes and make coffee. Shower and bathrooms were great too, the hot water worked perfectly. There is a smart fit gym very close and I went running to chapultepec park so there are good excersice options if you want to continue working out while visiting CDMX. Lot's of nice restaurants nearby. Sevilla metro station is close enough. Special thanks to the girl in the lobby, extremly helpfull and friendly. From the outside, the hotel does not look great, maybe some painting or remodeling on the walls of the entrance could help

We did not stay in the hotel due to the obnoxious behaviour of the staff. Terrible. I would like this opportunity to make a very serious complaint about this hotel. We paid for the hotel by debit card prior to arrival as requested on the website. Amount was 829.91 plus 162 tax. In total 991.91 Mexican Pesos. We received a confirmation that this was received, conf. no. 6402864151 - pin 7146. On arrival at the hotel we were told the payment had not arrived and that we had to pay them in cash and quoted us in US Dollars. We told them we had already paid and did not like the idea of paying twice. They said they had a policy that customers should pay cash and that was the way they worked. Why then did it say on your website they required prepayment? At the same time they began insulting us, calling my wife ugly and we also had other staff members joining in and insulting us as well. My wife is Mexican and both she and I treated them with the contempt they deserved. They were certainly desperate to get their hands on our money. We were then thrown in to the street with our luggage followed by their insults. A passing police car then stopped and asked what the problem was, His number is 1130235, surname Lemus. He obviously sympathised with our situation and kindly drove us in his car to another hotel. Interestingly according to the policeman this type of incident is not uncommon. They prey on tourists asking firstly for prepayment and then charging you when you arrive. Two payments for one night. Exactly the same thing happened to us at the Hotel San Miguel in Progreso in the town Progreso in Yucatan, Mexico.

The Staff was very helpful. The room was clean and bes was comfy. It was a good spot in Roma Norte. The elevator was not working at that time. It might be working now because they were repairing it.
