Es la segunda vez que vuelvo a este hotel porque está muy bien ubicado, a dos cuadras del metro, y también se puede llegar caminando a varios lugares. Creo que las almohadas son un poquitos duras. Puede ser bullicioso por momentos, pero con unos buenos tapaoídos se supera.

The location was great, right in the centre of Roma Norte. The staff were helpful. Breakfast was quite tasty, and was a nice start to the day. Images used for publicising the hotel were misleading, they made the rooms look much more spacious and relaxing. The decor was dated, the materials were not very comfortable, and the atmosphere of the rooms was a bit grim. There was very little space to move compared to how the hotels images make it seem. No windows in our room, which is ridiculous, every hotel room should have some natural light if it is not in a basement.

Location, breakfast was nice They charge extra for brining a pet but they never mention the amount until you get there. I stayed for a night and the charge was almost half of what I paid for the stay. I asked to cancel but they never confirmed the cancellation so I ended up showing and at the front desk the staff told me the cancellation was approved so they had to redo the reservation (at least they were able to sorted out). The bed was extremely noise at the minimum move. The tv wasn’t working, you’d be able to turn it on but no other action could be taken, no paid tv services or streaming were working

Location is good Decidi hospedarme en este hotel porque ya he estado en el MX de Monterrey (excelente hotel) y pensé que seria igual, estuve bien equivocado porque MX Condesa no merece estar en la lista de hoteles Wyndham; y estas son las razones: 1. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, el espacio para guardar ropa no es suficiente para dos personas o si vas a estar un largo periodo. 2. La cama es vieja, suena a cada momento te mueves. 3. El baño tiene puerta de vidrio con espacio arriba y abajo; no tiene para cerrar por dentro, no tienes ninguna privacidad. 4. El desayuno es bien básico, café, té, o jugo de naranja no tienes mas opciones; no es buffet como otros hoteles. 5. Las habitaciones están alrededor del patio central, se escucha ruido toda la noche, si alguien entra o sale o si alguien está hablando. 6. LO MAS IMPORTANTE, las habitaciones son super calientes tiene un ventilador que da vueltas, pero no tira aire hacia abajo, duermes en un sauna por completo; deberían invertir en aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y cobrar un poco más, eso ofrecería un mejor servicio. Hay mas opciones de hoteles en Condesa por el mismo valor o si algo un poco mas que pueden ofrecer una mejor estancia y experiencia.

Did not try the breakfast. The location was terrific. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Lots of noise and the beds were uncomfortable. Very spartan accommodations.

Room 101 is next to a loud, fast moving street. Road noise reaches around 85 decibels all night. Could not sleep. Bad smell in room. Asked to switch rooms but none available, even though front desk employee didn’t check computer. Mosquitos in room
