Perfect location on a leafy side street. The rooms are some of the best concepts, layouts I have ever experienced. The staff are lovely, lovely, lovely! I also love the WhatsApp feature. Very convenient. Will definitely stay here again. No central AC, but fans are provided.

It was a bit noisey at night and it doesn´t have an elevator.

The room was comfortable, big enough and clean The noise from the cistern was very loud and somewhat annoying. I would have liked it to have at least the basics in terms of kitchenware, glasses, cutlery, and plates.

The check in process took forever. The hostess had a good attitude, but we spent almost 20 min in the process

The room was clean, with a lot of space and a hot shower. Location was OK, but not that much worthwhile in the direct vicinity. Personnel was communicative. In our room (#305) we could hear a humming noise (pump-like) every so often. This was very annoying/loud at night when everything is quiet. I check this out, and our room was directly under a utilities shed on the roof. We slept really poorly.

Very friendly staff, super clean and comfortable, fantastic hot shower, loved that there was a kitchenette and coffee for the morning, already booked another stay :)

The bathroom sink had a leak or something it was spraying us and the watch was all over the floor. We didn’t have privacy☹️

The rooms are very comfortable, very clean, and the hotel is in a great safe area. There is a great children's play area around 10 mins walk away. The rooms are cleaned daily if you want, you can borrow board games and it has a good vibe overall. Amazing value for money. The staff are very approachable and friendly. Good wifi. Smart TV with Netflix. It was quite cold some nights but the room came with a heater so we were very warm Everything was great.

Good location, on reception they said that they pet friendly. Big nice room. Sometimes i losted connection with wifi.

The staff at the reception was always friendly and eager to help me with any problem i had. The doors seem a bit thin, it was possible to hear everything that was going on in the stairway. But earplugs solved this issue!

Well located

It is a spacious room, with all the amenities. You could hear EVERYTHING from other room, as the rooms were connected via a locked door. Terrace door lock was broken, and there was no safe where I could leave my valuable belongings safely. It is also not very cozy, the lights are like hospital ones, for a solo traveller, I just did not feel safe. Also, the receptionist was quite rude, they charged me twice and he was not able to explain what happened, as he did not speak English but also was getting angry at me. I would avoid the place if you are travelling alone or want to get some rest.
