Muy bien ubicada y el staff es muy amable. Resuelven cualquier tema puntualmente! Algunos cuartos pueden recibir bastante ruido de tuberías y/o vecinos del cuarto.

Good location and easy to move around Basic toiletries are not provided. Not even a toothbrush or a flip flop to wear in the room. We got to the hotel tired and the bathroom smells so bad with dust everywhere and a dirty mirror.

Great location in Centro. We booked this hotel for its proximity to a show we were attending at the Teatro Metropolitan - literally a one-minute walk. It's also next door to Juarez subway station. The hotel is what you would expect of an ibis hotel: modern, clean, professionally run. If you're booking an ibis hotel, you're not expecting luxury - and you won't get luxury. But you *will* get a comfortable mid-range stay at a reasonable price in the city centre. The only small gripe we had was that the shower control was poorly located directly behind the shower door, making it hard to adjust the water temperature before stepping into the shower. Ideally, the shower door would open in the opposite direction. At $249, the breakfast buffet was also perhaps a little overpriced.

Location is great , average as compared to other Ibis hotels we have used. Staff were unhelpful at times. We had experience not accommodating to customer needs.

Location was great and the entire staff was kind and professional There seemed to be a mechanical problem with the elevator and a terrible high pitched noise would go off at 3am! It happened every other night. I would call and they would turn it off as soon as I complained

Clean, modern, comfortable. Horrible location. Horrible overpriced breakfast . Who eats brocolli, spaghetti carbonara and meatballs for breakfast?

The staff was the best feature of this hotel. The location of the hotel was terrible. Right outside the hotel entryway were food vendors everyday and night. The room smelled like fecal matter all night long. The a/c unit didn’t cool the room down at all. There were no bathroom toiletries. And the “clean” towels were grey in color.
