Clean and confortable No comments, all good

It doesn’t feel as clean as I thought it would be.

Super clean, staff is nice and kind, property is a bit outdated but great value overall. Location is great and there is no noise, which was one of my biggest concerns. A bit outdated. But is very clean and well kept.

The hotel needs renovation. It's old, the room and bathroom smell bad... you have to pay extra money for breakfast.

Is the second time I stay there I love it is comfy and close from where a work

Good breakfast, great staff, good location for getting around the city via metro. Quiet at night at least for my room on the fourth floor, and the room itself worked well for someone who was working while traveling.

A decent hotel located in the Colonia del Valle area of Mexico City, about a 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station. I stayed for two nights in a double room with the largest beds I’ve ever seen—not King or Queen, but Kingdom size! ? The ladies at the lobby were welcoming, though they didn’t speak English. Despite the language barrier, check-in was quick. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, though the view wasn’t particularly interesting. The Wi-Fi worked well. The hotel offers 24-hour room service with food and drinks at very affordable prices (though I didn’t try it since I don’t speak Spanish). In hindsight, a wasted opportunity of a midnight tequila! Some areas of the hotel could use some renovation, but nothing is in poor condition. It just feels a bit dated and old-fashioned.

all staff we met is very Kind, we found an easy and fast check in, we got tasty food in restaurant, found comfortable bed lift does not have sensor on the doors and even we are right there on the way, the doors crash us and hurt people, furthermore children, a birt dangerous. Restaurant opens late on Saturdays! It does not allow us to book more than 2 nights here in booking

the lady in restaurant and kitchen, really kind and cooks really well shame they project it as a motel too, it makes the hotel a vulgar and cheap atmosphere. they dont allow 4 people per room when perfectly fit on

Maria Rico Hotel is an excellent venue for a relaxed stay, close to where we were going (Universidad Panamericana Mixcoac), with easy access and incredible speed and agility for check-in and check-out. The hotel is simple but comfortable, clean and has everything you need. Highly recommended!!! Perhaps that the entrance to the car park is a but tricky, in a busy evening it may be dangerous to enter using the same entrance to the ones that exit the car park. Otherwise, all is very good.

The location is great I arrived earlier and I left my luggage at the front desk, when I arrived and asked for my luggage, I waited like 30 minutes and they didn't send it to my room and I had to go to the front desk to ask for it

Fine, basic The USB in the rooms didn't work--that is a huge uinconvenience these days. Couldn't charge phone or devices. Also, there was NO electric plug by the bed. Another big inconvenience and even worse than that--I sleep with a CPAP device, but was unable to use it. This is not the '50s--we use USB and need to plug in devices when we are in bed.

The USB in the room did not work so I could not charge my phone. There were no outlets anywhere near the bed so I could not plug in my CPAP machine.

The room was large and comfortable with good lighting. Extensive room service menu, although I had to go down to order because my phone didn't work. Hot shower with good pressure and lots of space. Comfortable bed and pillows. Everywhere was very clean. The location was pretty good for getting to Coyoacan. The neighbourhood was clean and felt safe, at least in the daytime. Late check out was a nice bonus. My main complaint would be that they couldn't hold my bags for more than 2 hours after check out. This kind of ruined my last day because I had a late flight but couldn't do much with all my baggage. In fairness they don't list luggage storage as a service, but I have never encountered a hotel that didn't hold bags for the rest of the day after check out. Especially since reception was 24 hours. The staff don't speak much English at all so it helps if you know basic Spanish (not a complaint just worth noting). The rooms facing the main street get a lot of traffic noise so bring earplugs.
