Wonderful location. Amazing staff. The restaurant is top notch. So cool to be at a meditation and yoga center, great vibes. Room are great but could use a bit of maintenance. Also, a frig in each room would be greatly appreciated

The staff at the restaurant downstairs are rude, and the room is also too dark.

Great location and facilities. Great customer service. Beds were very uncomfortable and main bedroom bath smelled like sewer.

The location was really really great. A block from Viveros and it felt super safe. Communication with staff ( through What's App) was timely. Where to begin.... There was absolutely no sign indicating this was the correct place. I had to use What's App to communicate with the staff to verify it was the correct place. Once a cleaning lady let us in there was no further personal contact with any staff. The person messaging me said they would be by every day at 3 to empty the trash. That happened once in 6 days. The "terrace" "restaurant" and "breakfast" were all the same thing. Our room entrance was directly from the open air restaurant ( food and coffee not part of room payment) When I tried to get coffee there I was ignored for quite a while by the waiter and ended up going down the block for coffee. The noise from the restaurant woke my husband every morning and made it impossible for us to open the curtains due to a lack of privacy. (Maybe better in upper floors?). Someone in one of the rooms nearby had a dog that barked ALL NIGHT. The room was tiny and there was no where to sit and relax. If you are an early riser and ONLY looking for a bed and a shower I suppose this place works. If you like to chill and relax in bed in the mornings drinking a cup of coffee you did not have walk a block for, this is NOT that place.

Mina 32 is located in the perfect location. We loved the apartment and the restaurant was absolutely delicious. We highly recommend staying here. Nothing. The staff and apartment were great.

Super kind staff

Quiet neighborhood with lovely trees flowers parks and great strolling. Charming apartment. Comfortable beds. Restaurant in courtyard below was some of the best food I’ve had in my 5 months of travel through 5 countries. Wish we had eaten every meal there. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment worked perfectly for our group of 3. Nothing

The staff is friendly and made everyone feel at home and comfortable. Loved the restaurant too! The restaurant was so good, I was bummed it was closed on Monday. Also There could be water filters in the room instead of having to go somewhere else for the water refill.

Room was absolutely beautiful- lots of exposed brick, wood, tasteful furnishings, lots of windows, and a cute screened off private patio- I wish my apartment was that nice! Separate sleeping and living area was nice to have. Spiral staircase is very charming, although something to be aware of if you have mobility challenges. Completely quiet at night (Some noise during the day from the courtyard restaurant and neighboring building, but you are in a city of 21 million people, so...). Beautiful, green neighborhood, close to lots of things to do and a 15 minute walk from a gym. Staff very helpful and friendly and responsive to communications. I was very happy with the price. Would 100% stay here again. The bed wasn't a fit for me, but that's subjective.

The design of the place is great, beds are super comfortable, and the location is fantastic—a five minute walk from Casa Azul and fifteen minutes from the market. The owner is lovely and there is a wonderful cafe in the courtyard. Ask for a room off the courtyard. I was on the first floor and it is super noisy from 7:30 to 6:00, when the cafe opens. It’s like they are grinding the coffee beans in your room. Also lots of barking dogs nearby but they seem to calm down about 10PM. I slept very well (until the cafe opened….).

Great location. Very clean. Nice little café in the courtyard. The beds were really really hard. And the water from the shower leaked all over the master bedroom floor.

Simple room, nice location, excellent restaurant on site.

Restaurant .... Can't even describe. You have to experience it yourself. Chef Rocky and Pricila are masters of their Art. Server/barista Isaías.... A master of his craft.

Style No parking on site

The space was so charming and we absolutely loved the little cafe below. Great location for travelers that love to walk and explore but stay close by.
