Absolutely dreamy accomodation. And the kindest, most helpful staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable! Just wow. I'm in awe of this place. The bed was so incredibly comfortable, the rain shower was perfect, and the daily breakfast kept me nourished! They knew I was exhausted on my last day and surprised me with a pot of chamomile tea and a kind little note and I almost cried in happiness. Seriously: in awe of the hospitality. Nothing!!

Everything was perfect -- staff, facilities, location. It is a little pricier than other hotels/bed and breakfasts, but it is well worth it. I will definitely stay there again if we go back to Coyoacán!

The boutique was a perfect retreat from the busy days exploring Mexico. I loved the private patio off of our suite and how kind and welcoming the staff was. Nothing.

Small 10 room boutique hotel. Excellent location, beautifully decorated and very clean. Staff were very helpful and set out a lovely continental breakfast everyday…more than enough to start your day. They also carried our luggage up (as there is no elevator, this was especially helpful). Nice to meet other guests in the breakfast/sitting room throughout the day. I personally didn’t have a bar fridge in my room, which would have been nice. I know other rooms have this. Also no elevator, so if you have a problem with stairs you may wish to look elsewhere….but as I said, staff are more than happy to take your luggage up/down the stairs. Price was high for the area, but probably the nicest place in that part of town.

Very elegant design and very comfortable. It’s hard to believe that you’re in the middle of Mexico City as it feels like you’re I a quiet country village.

The front staff was absolutely wonderful! So helpful pointing me in the right direction and provided me with an excellent map of Coyoacan. Suggested fantastic restaurants as well as places to go. Thank you!

Just loved everything about this place. It all began when we got early check-in to find we had juice and beer provided! Loved the breakfast. Staff was extremely helpful. Absolutely nothing! I can't think of an area to improve on!

This boutique hotel is well appointed, is in a great location, and has a nice vibe. We loved how they have created such comfortable unique rooms, especially love the terrace. The staff were exceptional, attentive, kind and proactive.

H21 was one of the finest boutique hotels we’ve ever experienced. A perfect, quiet location near the main square in Coyoacán, the hotel is very stylish with many fascinating design touches. Rooms are huge with an outdoor seating area and are very up to date with many lighting options and a large high def TV, and a separate shower/bathroom from the two sinks. The front desk staff, highly skilled in English, will do whatever they can to assist. Breakfasts are tasty with toast, butter, preserves, fruit, excellent coffee and cereal/oatmeal options. It’s very high value for the cost, too. We’d make it our first choice for our next visit to CDMX. A perfect choice. We liked everything.

Absolutely everything! The property is stunning - a designers touch at every angle. Comfortable, beautiful, serene and extremely spacious. Comfortable beds, spa like bathrooms, plus in-room amenities! High quality and friendly guest services! We will absolutely return!!!

It was a small breakfast but always enough and the staff was very helpful. Snacks, juice and beer were available all day.

The room was incredible - very spacious, great comfortable bed, lots of pillows, lots of great amenities (soap, shampoo, iron, ironing board, plus a great kitchen), hot water and great water pressure, and nice big TV. The staff was so friendly and accommodating; they let me leave my suitcase before check in so I could explore. Very secure. The location is wonderful - right near one of the main parks and near lots of great restaurants. I can't wait to stay here again! I loved everything!

The location was perfect for exploring Coyocan. Right in the heart of it, but also felt like an oasis once you stepped in the door.
