NOTHING! The worst ever! They cancelled my two rooms when I had everything organized. They even asked me for a direct payment with my credit card on a website they prescribed, outside of Booking. I did it. And even with that, they cancelled! The funny thing is, I get repeated customer service and experience rating checks for the worst service I ever had with an accommodation on Booking.

The only thing was that it was a good ten fifteen minute walk to Centro but it's a trade-off to get the quiet.

The place is within walking distance to the center of Coyoacan and still keeps a proper distance to have a quiet evening if you are traveling with young children. It is great for a weekend getaway to fully immerse in the lively nightlife of Coyoacan. The staff are very friendly and supportive. The place looks very unique and characteristic. Our room is Frida and the decoration was very nice. On a weekday/school day, the hotel is right next to a school. For people who don’t like kids screaming, come on the weekend, not on a school day.
