Casa Luna Coyoacan

The kitchen has all that you need but they did not have water to drink at arrival. Did not have water to drink at arrival. No staff only by phone. Tricky entrance, not clear entrance, had spider webs on bathroom and bedroom, had a 'funny smell at the bedroom like mold. Dusty. Clean sheets. N9 low lamps, too bright at night lights.the guy wanted to know at what time I will leave. I said:' early' left 6:45 AM. In order to get in to the private entrance the vigilante at the main entrance had to have notice by the owner house. I did NOT have a WiFi at ALL! No, I will not recommended. There was an empty house. I was the only one there.

Room The staff was rude . They had a large face all the time . We stayed here since all were patients for the eye hospital near by . They staff took the liberty of packing our bags and handling our stuff at check out since the time at the hospital extended . Currently we cannot find personal belongings they “packed “ there is no reason for the hotel to touch our stuff and hats why late check out fees are for in any case .

Very well located and security at the entrance. The place was clean and there was blankets and bed sheets for the sofa. The place was nice looking too. Little amenities at the property, no shampoo nor body soap also hand towel was lacking. There is no way to regulate hot water in the shower it goes from extremely hot to extremely cold over and over. Poor sound insulation. There were noisy guests and could hear EVERYTHING like coming from just behind the door. So no way of having good rest at nigh if you happen to be with noisy guests.

The accomodation was clean, spacious, and had a well-equiped kitchen. The shower was hot. They allowed us to wait in the living room after check-out time. Good communication through whatsapp. Overall a nice space to get some rest. It is a bit far from everything. Wifi didn't work, but to be fair I didn't mention it to them. If I had, they may have been able to fix it.

Couldn’t get onto the property. No one seemed willing to help me. Booking said property would handle payment but couldn’t get past the gate to pay and when I called the front desk was no help either.

Not included… The address is wrong.. WASE couldn’t open it and find… the right address is prol. Irlanda 190… The owner gave me wrong room and password… The police / janitor had to help me calling the owner. No tv Room on 3rd floor Extremely Hot Other BIG PROBLEM: WIFI on 3rd floor: ABSENT Due to this, I only use half of the two nights that I paid. End of this terrible issue.

Casa Luna is a very quiet and super comfortable suite style room in a beautifully decorated house. with a very nice bathroom. its in a quiet gated street. Local area has excellent cafes, one 24 hour, and some good restaurants nearby. metro station was a little far away.

good location, spacious and clean common areas, nice rooms Room didn’t have a fan and really needed it. main shower head doesn’t work - had to use handheld one. someone was smoking in their room so the whole place stunk of smoke for the first day

Good location, very safe. horrible wifi. The door sometimes didn't closed or opened because there was a problem with the key or the door and no one came to fix it and we had to leave the door open sometimes (the main door).. There wasn't television in the living room and not in the room, also there's not an air conditioner... The room was at the 3rd floor.

Very small room. Bathroom in a separate room (need keys). Problems with the windows, hard to open/close, lock/unlock.

The guy working the security gate was lovely The facilities offered were all lies. No washing machine. No terrace. Hot water is unreliable. Very basic
