This is a great facility and unlike other experiences we've had at hotels, all very good! Rooms always excellent, Shuttle comfortable, and helpful. Can't think of anything that didn't meet my expectations. This is our first check airport hotel for CDMX, always! It's the place we compare others to.

Tuvimos una gran experiencia! Es el mejor hotel si buscas ir por algún evento en el estadio GNP, tienen servicio de taxi y te llegan al aeropuerto sin costo. El staff super amable y servicial, definitivamente volvería cuando tenga otro evento en el GNP.

The property was so clean and very safe. The staff were amazing!Very close to the airport and great shuttle service, and their hub station at the airport and the lady managing was phenomenal. Not one thing! Everything was amazing!

Great location to the airport and public transit. Quiet comfortable room. Good food in restaurant at reasonable prices. Have stayed at this hotel a couple of times in the past and chose it based on. Location and service. Rooms could have more amenities like a glass in the bathroom. The pool, sauna and gym were closed until 4 PM but I was not told this when I called for an earlier check-in. Restaurant staff was terrible. Seems as though they were not trained at all. Had dinner and breakfast there and had to continually flag someone down. Front desk staff not the best either. Asked for a copy of my invoice and the woman at the desk said she would email it to me and I still have not received it. Better training would make this so much better Hotel.
