Everything Nothing

It was clean and had a good location. The environment was hazardous, I nearly broke an arm getting down off a jacuzzi where they decided to put stairs on one side and not on the other. They didn't answer when I asked to be booked in the morning so I had to pay for another night, they disabled my keycard for no reason. In other words terrible service.

The location is close to one metro station 5 min walk, a one metrobús station 10 min walk. The place was clean. 1. Outrageous extra fees. I arrived early, and they wanted to charge 50% of the room’s cost because of that!, they do not guard you luggage, and they are not responsible for theft in their own parking place. In addition to that, Even though parking is included (advertised), they charge another’s day stay after check out, usually is free for the day or charged per hour in other hotels, and by the way, the place was empty. 2. Toilet was not working, I found a workaround since I did not wanted to get another stupid fee (I’m being sarcastic, but it wouldn’t be surprised). 3. Reception was pushy and mean. The bell boy was very nice though, he should run the place. 4. The hotel is next to the “viaducto” avenue, is noisy, not recommended for people with sleep problems, I’m not complaining, I knew it was like that, but you should now. I usually support local hotels, but in this case, there is a Fiesta America near here, for 20% more, you will have a much better experience, unless you want to teach someone about scarcity mindset, then this is the right place to be.

The hotel and room was nice, I found some good places to eat close by. The Internet was good, I had a few meetings so was glad of this. I wanted to store luggage after my checkout but the hotel wouldn't allow this, it prevented me from going places as I didn't want to take all my things with me, I have never experienced this before

The location Didn’t have coffe machine, or they never had food service, didn’t have courtesy amenities like a bottle of water
-
The air conditioner did not work in the room. We had to sleep with the window open all night. The room was very old and outdated.
-
Location is good if you’re attending an event at Palacio de Los Deportes, Autódromo or Foro GNP They never respect the reservation price by arguing with a printed page next to the cashier that prices will be paid as updates the day of your arrival

Really close to F1 track. Staff was friendly. Something was always being cleaned. Great water pressure. No AC. Didn't know about fans being available until after the stay. Toilet and first room did not flush. No screen on Windows to keep out the hundreds of mosquitoes. Bathroom sink and second room did not drain. Having our room changed and needing to relocate on short notice. Excellent room service menu but none of the food or drinks were available.

It’s dated but you can tell it used to be a very nice hotel. Its design is classy with columns and marble. The staff is nice and helpful, the manager speaks both English and Spanish. Rooms have a large stone shower. The hotel is very dated. Old furniture, old amenities, a built in DVD player that didn’t work. The AC did not work, it would get very hot during the day. The hotel also promised a balcony with city view room on booking, but did not provide a balcony room upon arrival.

Location is the best, close to Disney theme parks, close to outlets, restaurant and stores. Acces to roads and ways to all sites. The room is very dirty, during a week that we were staying they only cleaned 2 days. The day we arrived we reported that there was a cigarette butt on the carpet, but the front desk person told us that their housekipping doesn't clean the carpet, so they never picked it up. The room smells bad, in the kitchen area of the room there are cockroaches, we had to buy insecticide to eliminate them. One day when I saw that they didn't do room service, I asked for a broom and mop to clean myself, but they didn't provide it either. In summary, it is one of the worst experiences I have had in a hotel, the rates were not low, the rooms are stinky and full of bugs and they are not cleaned. My family and I are very disappointed in this hotel that we chose.
