The bar was a highlight — we enjoyed drinks and a light dinner there, and the staff did an excellent job. The bellmen were also outstanding. At check-in, we were told our room wasn't ready and to return in an hour. After 90 minutes — during which we went to lunch — the same staff member asked us to wait yet another hour. After expressing my frustration, a colleague at the front desk stepped in and arranged an alternative room, which I appreciated. Overall, the staff were pleasant and the hotel was decent, but the windows throughout were noticeably faded, making it difficult to enjoy what should be a nice park view.

It was excellent—comfortable, great food—breakfast buffet had anything one would want! Great location—saw two terrific art exhibits at the Tamayo Museum across the street— Chapultepec Park is beautiful—David was very warm and friendly as well as helpful with our luggage and accommodation. Purified water bottle filler in lobby. Taxi available right away. Nothing!

Decent location, clean place Mattress was awful hard and lumpy, zero water pressure in shower (it just slowly dripped), ac barely worked and room stayed hot, park view is a parking lot, food was way overpriced and apparently guests get 25% discount but nobody told us so we paid full price even though they asked for our room number each time. Very dated decor. Maid service was bad.

Room was large and the view of Chapultepec park was incredible. However, window cleaning on the outside would have helped to enjoy the view. Located on a busy corner.

Location

Its got a great central location - walkable to the Museum and Castle in Chapultepec Park or to grab that Hop On/Off bus down Reforma Ave. Its a short Uber to Condesa and Roma Norte, easy exit to the highways to the Pyramids. I recommend the Clube Level for breakfasts and snacks throughout your stay. Nothing - even with Clube they charged me for a Mini bar (same drinks, but they charged me!)

The restaurant is excellent, and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious. The work of the restaurant team is simply outstanding — I rarely encounter such a high level of service in my travels around the world. I would especially like to mention the cottage cheese buns served in that wonderful round heated container that opens in two halves — with the pastries inside, like a dragon’s treasure. These clever Mexican treats completely destroyed my diet, but resisting them was absolutely impossible! My deepest respect to the person who created them ? The rooms were immaculately clean. Thank you very much — thanks to you, our stay in Mexico City was truly wonderful.

Staff. Location. Comfortable beds. Good pillows and linens. Good size shower with plenty of hot water. The decor is not that beautiful. Rather boring and feels a bit outdated. Room needs lighting in the entryway as you enter the room. Needed more hooks to hang towels. The club level was disappointing - I have had better food options at airport lounges. But staff were lovely.

All of the amenities at the wet bar, even the coffee you have to pay for...

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are cleaned every day by efficient housekeepers, the gym on the 17th floor has a terrific view of the city. We arrived just prior to “Dia de los Muertos” so the lobby had been decorated with orange marigolds and skeletons. we asked for a wake up call at 2am for Friday morning…the day we were checking out…as we had to get to the airport for a 5am flight. Unfortunately the front desk called us as 2am WEDNESDAY morning!

Everything was really comfortable

We were on the 16th floor with the Lounge and we enjoyed having this extra space to hang out and have a nice cup of coffee or tea. The staff there is exceptional. All the staff is well trained and welcoming. The front desk was amazing as well. Check-in is so easy, and the room is superbly cleaned. this was our second stay here and we won’t stay anywhere else when we come to Mexico City. You will also love the views. We met some nice people here too and shared travel tips.

Located across the street from Chapultepec park and about two blocks from Paseo de la Reforma. Easy to get to many locations around the city. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very nice and comfortable room.
