The room space and the location. Internet / WI-FI didn't really work. I stayed at this place for 5 days and since the first day I contacted management to let them know internet wasn't working in my room in the third floor. I had to call a special number where they added some of my IP addresses (cellphone and laptop) and even like that nothing changed. So once again I went to the front desk and after waiting hours with Sebastian he installed a router in the room which was connected to another network but this time only basic sites were available. Banks, Airbnb, Atlassian, GitHub and other important sites where not available so I spent all my roaming data in this place which is not cheap 1000+ MXN a night to not have a decent internet connection. I am writing this review from Acapulco in Fiesta Americana and they even have internet in the beach!!! but this place in 2025 in the capital of Mexico and not able to offer a decent internet is not acceptable.
