Extremely clean, spacious, quiet and well maintained. Staff is very professional. Service at the restaurant was very slow… I understand they had staffing problems on those days. Only one coffee capsule for 4 people.

We booked very last minute because our previous hotel canceled on the day of our arrival. Even though the staff had very short notice of our arrival, everything needed was prepared and they responded very quickly to our messages. The rooms were big and they gave us all the amenities needed. The location is a bit far from the city, and there was some construction going on in the area. But the price was great.

The rooms were a great size and very comfortable. They were very well priced and the location was good given that we were working in the area but itr was also easy to get downtown in an Uber. They offer a free shuttle to anywhere within 5km as well which was great. The only thing I didn't like was that the air conditioning in the room wouldn't go below 23 degrees which wasn't comfortable for me when sleeping. I like it much colder and had it set lower but it just wouldn't get there.

We have a problem with the lock of the door everytime we go in, we reported on our entrance and it was just brush off and just give us a change of keys. On our exit we reported again when reception personel asked about stay and she immediatly took action. We also went to eat at the restaurant we ordrer tacos, the tortilla were very stale and hard on the edges and the octopus was overcooked. Our drink: bloody mary and no spices on it, without ice, and the celery really old, they were deliver after we finish eating. We ate and drink all because we were really hungry and tired, we were travel since 5am and went to eat dinner around 7:30pm.

Prime location. Great service. Internet could be better. We room has it's own router (the signal is strong) however the speed, stability was not at the hotel level.
