Miguel was amazing and our breakfast! I am so appreciative he stayed up to let us in late and let us stay longer in the morning It was excellent - no faults!

Always clean, quiet, close to the airport, short walk or drive to most amenities. Miguel is a wonderful host who goes above & beyond for his guests, we felt right at home our entire stay Room was on the top floor (3rd), bathroom is shared if another bookee is present (we were fortunate to be the only bookees during our entire 4 night stay)

Amazing host, delicious breakfast

The service was excepcional, the house keeper made me feel like home. There is no exclusive bathroom; it is a shared bathroom for 2 or 3 rooms.

Miguel was a courteous and attentive host. We felt we had good privacy. The room had all the things that we would need.

It was someone's house, not a hotel. As soon as we walked in you could smell the per urine. Bed cover was stained. Bathroom was dirty. Terrible condition especially for the price of a real hotel.

The host, Miguel was very welcoming, and accommodating, and made our stay feel like home. The breakfast was incredible. We got to eat French toast, tostadas de Tinga, sopes, and omelets! Miguel also gave us great recommendations to eat and go to. We will definitely be coming back to stay at Casa Q BnB if we ever stay in Mexico City again! We shared the bathroom with other guests who were staying next door to us. This wasn't a problem, but something to consider if you do want to book this place!

Breakfast is so good, the host is very friendly and helpful, he helped a lot, and when my car arrived, he waited outside to welcome me. Nothing

Cozy hotel with breakfast nearby there are small shops, hairdressers, other shops and restaurants, the staff was very friendly. I can only recommend this hotel.

It's a small but very clean, comfortable bedroom with nice bedding and a separate, very clean and private bathroom. Water was provided, as was a complimentary cab ride to the airport the next morning, which is a huge bonus. It's very close to the airport in a safe neighborhood. The room and bathroom are a solid 8. The experience was what lowered the rating. We had a major issue at this property - and one I've never had before even though I've used booking.com for years. We booked the property a few short hours before our stay - the owner told us later that when that happens, booking doesn't charge your credit card and directs you to pay at the property (which we did once we finally found the house.) In this particular property, you need the owner to allow you access to their gated street so they need to meet you outside. The owner REFUSED to respond to any of our 15 SMS and WhatsApp messages and 8 phone calls over a 1.5 hour period of time - even though the booking was accepted - so we were left on the street by a cab in Mexico City with no communication in the dark at 9 p.m. - foreigners in a very large, strange city. We stood on the street with all of our luggage in the dark trying to call booking.com to get them to communicate with the owner and simultaneously trying to find a new place to book at the last minute when a neighbor saw us and graciously asked if they could assist us. They helped us get access into the gated street. We found the home and knocked on the door, and the owner sheepishly answered and directed us to the room, where we promptly paid in cash. He never explained why he wouldn't answer any calls or messages, just told us we hadn't paid yet (so we paid in cash). The room is fine to stay in for one night only (it is small but comfortable), water is provided - as is a cab ride to the airport the next day - but the owner's refusal to answer any texts, messages, or phone calls caused incredible stress for us. It was completely unnecessary when he could have simply sent a message expressing his concern that we weren't going to pay in cash. I'm still somewhat baffled by the situation and hope nothing like this ever happens again.
