The hotel had a really nice buffet breakfast, te beds were really comfortable. It has a good level of security in case theres a person trying to go in the area of the rooms you need to have your room card to be able to use the lift. You can sleep really well because you can´t hear any noise at all. The room was big enough and it has the necessary. Despite te location being good for us to attend a concert nearby, we didn´t like that there are not a lot of things of interest in the surroundings, there a couple of places to have food like a VIPS restaurant but apart from that you do need to move in taxi or uber, it is far from the city too. I only recommend to stay here in case you are going to the airport or for the day of a concert in case you are attending one.

I can easily comeback staying at this hotel, automatic choice without thinking/ worrying to search for other option Nothing to complain

Everything. Loved the luxury of room service! It is not the property but the bank and their atm. No suitable for international travelers. It was my nightmare. I found a solution but the atm was atrocious. Also limited on digital use. You still need plastic for digital use.

We were robbed when we arrived at the hotel right at the front door, and the hotel security did nothing. There was no one to help us, and unfortunately this experience was horrible.
