Nothing My room had a terrible smell coming from the drains, there were clumps of hair in the drain, it was so noisy from the planes taking off.

The customer service area is awful ? when i when to check in you can even see the people face or anything. I don’t like it at all.

The only positive aspect of this hotel was its location. It was very convenient for attending Linkin Park at Corona Capital, and getting to and from the event was easy. If you only care about being close to the festival, the location does help. The Bad: Unfortunately, the overall stay was very disappointing. The room was not clean, and several features were poorly maintained. The lights had difficulty turning on, there were very few outlets to charge devices, and the fan they provided was covered in dust. The bed was extremely hard, and even the bed frame against the wall was dirty. The bathroom was also in poor condition. The ceiling light didn’t work properly, the sliding door didn’t seal well, and there was a drain placed right in the middle of the floor, giving the impression of bad design and hygiene. Another major issue was the smell and cleanliness of the bedding. The bed sheets had an unpleasant odor and did not smell clean, and the bathroom towels also had a bad smell. This made the stay even more uncomfortable. The area around the hotel is very noisy, making it difficult to rest, especially at night. There were also problems with the payment process. Despite Booking.com requesting your credit card, the hotel forces you to pay only in Mexican pesos and in cash. The staff refused to provide a receipt and showed very little friendliness, professionalism, or willingness to assist guests. Overall, I would not stay here again, and I would not recommend this place unless the location is the only thing that matters to you.

Ubication, walking distance from concert area, Estadio GNP It is a dirty place, with bad small and 0 courtesy. Expensive

The room was clean Everything was good

Location next to airport

Conveniently located within 10 min walking distance to Estadio GNP to attend a concert. The room attendant/cleaner was friendly. The price charged on Booking.com is more than double the rates if you turn up and pay. Had missed the cut off for cancellation, so ended up paying $1900mxn for a $850mxn room rate advertised in the reception. The reception desk has blacked out windows, so you cannot see the receptionist. She asked for our credit card to be passed through a slot in the window, which we refused to do and we insisted that she hand us the credit card terminal so we could oversee the transaction. Receptionist wasn't very friendly at all and seemed annoyed at our presence. The shower in the room kept losing pressure and the shower screen was useless so the floor got wet.

It smelled bad and was really noisy and the bed had hair and bed bugs
-
Good location, but the linens and the towels were really stiff. Also the annoying people made a not so very welcoming atmosphere. Good place but very costly imo

I went to a concert so the location was great because it was very close to the venue and the subway station. It was also very close to the airport. Mega practical for me The reception is weird. You can’t see the receptionist. It looks dodgy at the entrance
-
It was close to the airport and not bad for a low price. Nothing much

It was close to a lot of food vendors and a market. Also just a short ride to the airport. It was comfortable enough. The wifi is 3MBPS which is only fast enough for email and texting. Forget streaming or zoom calls

Location They couldn't found my booking Initially they denied check in, after 1 hour they allowed me. I had only 4 hours before long fly but they wasted 1 hour so effectively it is 3 hours and only 2 hours sleep. For me it was complete waste of money
