Such a lovely place, staff were very friendly and accommodating, we ate at the restaurant and were treated like family. The rooms were beautiful, there was a heat wave while we were there and they did their best to keep us cool and comfortable, the fan was a life saver. We walked to the huge Bushy Park and Hampton Court just down the street and they were amazing places, a perfect place to be for the end of our trip. My only wish is that we could have stayed longer, maybe next time. Thank you.

Everything! Nick and Jane, the owners of the pub and the apartments upstairs, were wonderful. Jane especially was a godsend. We had checked into another cottage the previous night and were planning to stay there for 2 nights. However the place turned out to be extremely rundown, dirty and unhygienic. We decided to leave first thing in the morning. Given that it was the easter weekend, it was difficult to find availability in any of the local hotels or AirBnB places. We got lucky to find a room at the Jolly Cooper. I had messaged Jane the previous night at the time of my booking and described our situation with the place we stayed in the first night and expressed my desperation to leave asap. I heard from Jane promptly the next morning. She was extremely understanding and let us check in well before the standard check in time. We were carrying 3 heavy pieces of luggage and Nick was kind enough to help us up the flight of stairs. The apartment itself was extremely clean, modern, well stocked and comfortable. The pub downstairs, and the attached restaurant, was wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and the food was very good! All in all-this is a great place to experience classic English hospitality, good food, drinks and extremely nice and considerate owners, Nick and Jane. Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect!

Very comfortable apartment with a kitchenette and a fabolous big bath. Tastefully decorated. We stayed with our two young children.

The purple apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. We didn’t get to stay longer.
