Best Customer service ever, clean rooms staff checked daily on guest

The room was very clean, the air conditioning was really good and the beach was like 4 minutes away and they had a lot of shops near by. However the Wi-Fi could be a little better but overall I enjoyed my stay.

Manager lied to me he said he would refund me for $50 for an inconvenience I had. I had trouble getting into my room because they gave me the wrong code and I waited a long time. The manager never sent me my $50 like he said. He also said to give him a 5 star review but I don’t support liars. The actual hotel itself was alright though not bad. 4 stars for the hotel itself.

Alamo Hotel was such an underrated find. The location is very convenient if you want to be close to South Beach without paying an expensive hotel price. It was easy to get around, and the price was honestly perfect for the area. For travelers planning a Miami trip on a budget, I would definitely recommend checking this place out. It gives you good value, a nice location, and helps you save money for food, shopping, and activities. Very underrated for the price and location!

The place was clean and staff were helpful. This place is low key, older and the price point it was great and economical for Miami. This isn’t a 5 star hotel so don’t expect the ritz; No bugs, no sketchy people,No pool, just a place to lay your head. Close to beach, a few bars and CVS. The staff communicated well and I would go back. Thank you for making my stay relaxing and great.

I totally enjoyed my stay it was just as if I was home.

This place is very old. The rooms are smelly the carpet in rooms are dirty and sticky. Employees are only there a short time of the day. The fire alarm went off in the building and it took forever to for it to get shut off. Woke us up in the middle of the night.

Absolutely fantastic and fabulous service and we got very fast response every time. Absolutely recommend!!!!!! Nothing!!

Truly enjoyed my stay here - the size of the room was huge! Love having a kitchenette too. The best part was the customer service - it was like having a virtual concierge at all times, you could just text them when you have any questions or issues. Great location too, there's a Walgreens and CVS around the corner and short walk to the beach. Highly recommended! The staff are so attentive.

Ideal location for beach goers, we were able to walk to and from the beach without any issues. It’s close enough to south beach to enjoy the scene but far away enough that you get to unwind and chill out. The staff were attentive and would check in via message throughout our stay to make sure all our needs were met.

Was right near the beach and convenience stores (cvs 1 block, Walgreens 2 blocks). Loved the easy check in process. Would definitely stay here again.
