White marble floors, 3 walls of windows from ceiling to floor letting in excellent sunlight. I was in the Ravel Suite so I had a front and a back patio where as I believe the other suite (Verde) has a covered front sitting area that is larger than Ravel but it has no back patio. For the right price this spot is money! The penthouse definitely has potential to be a vibe but like most things in South Beach things are a little weathered. The hot tub was broken and full of green water that killed half the reason for the room. The breakfast is nothing but 3 stale cereals and watery milk so nothing special. And they were stingy with the towels. Noisy green parrots that yell at you unmercifully when you're in the back porch haha.

Location only Rooms were not as clean as they should be. 4 of the 5 rooms A/C was not working. Only 3 were able to be changed. Beds were very lopsided. Sink in bathroom was clogged. Says they offer free breakfast. What they fail to tell you is it’s only toast, cereal, and watered down juices and milk. Staff not as polite or caring as they should have been considering all the issues

Location was excellent and right near the beach A/C did not work and did not change my room. Room was not cleaned well. Bed was lopsided and extremely uncomfortable. Says breakfast is included. They had sliced bread, watered down milk and juice. Kept lights off everywhere.

Staff member on my second day was very helpfull compared to the one that checked me in on arrival Breakfast was non existing, they had bread but no butter and coloured hoops for cereal and a cereal bar very poor offerings . I also had to change rooms twice, first room had a broken window blind that could not open , second room air condition had a strong smell when running and the sink was broken.

The private hot tub, which was the reason why the price was so much, of course did not work!!! Definitely not worth the price

Nothing. Everything was horrible. Everything such as: guest service, dirty and old towels, the room furniture condition were horrible, misleading description of accommodations and appliances, bathtub clogged, the curtain iron was falling of the wall, terrible breakfast nothing like the description, no private entrance to the beach and the parking is far from the hotel entrance.

Great location, close to beach and to restaurants/shops. Staff was great! Lobby was great to relax. We played cards, listened to music and had few cocktails while enjoying fantastic weather. Can't beat price!
