Lexington by Hotel RL Miami Beach

Room was clean and great air conditioning. Shower was a bit temperamental but good most of the time. Didn’t really see any staff but the outside pool area was also maintained well. Only let down was no info given on possibility of breakfast but the outside pool bar was never opened. I also contacted the hotel a few days prior to arrival to care if I could try and change one of my rooms as I was one member less coming with us. But I never received any response back yet and I’m on my way back to uk now

I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel looked nothing like the photos on Hotels.com, and ongoing construction made the property feel messy and poorly maintained, especially around the pool. Getting luggage into the hotel was difficult because of the stairs, and the ramp was not easily accessible. The staff were not friendly or helpful, for example, they watched us head to the beach without mentioning we needed to pick up towels first, forcing us to walk back from the beach to get them. The only positive was the convenient beach access, but overall, the experience did not match what was advertised.

There was nothing wrong with the hotel and staff. The room was tired but clean and the in bath shower was not installed for 6ft tall people! What annoyed me was that the pool area bar and the bar and grill room were closed. We had no warning of this in advance or detailed when booked . Also it is approaching 100deg and there is no parasols to provide some shade at the pool area.

El Building me hace falta mucho mantenimiento la piscina estaba sucia la bañera estaba como si nadie la hubiese limpiado por meses la cama olía mal la alfombra estaba muy sucia como si no dan shampoo en la alfombra

Dejo esta reseña porque mi experiencia no fue la mejor. Para empezar pague por una habitación con vista al mar y obtuve una vista sucia en la parte de atras del hotel en construccion, solo porque se ve un pedacito de playa muy a lo lejos ellos le llaman vista al mar, nada que ver con lo que ponen en sus fotos de promocion. Supuestamente hay habitaciónes mas caras donde se ve toda la playa, pero creo que entonces deberian especificarlo y no venderlo como habitación con vista al mar, igualandola a las demas cuando no lo es. Las habitaciones no estaban limpias. El aire acondici0nado esta en piso pegado a la cama por lo que nos congelamos en la noche y se sentía todo el ruido de la maquina. El hotel es bonito pero no tiene mantenimiento, podria verse mejor. Ademas me cobraron un recargo a mi tarjeta de otra noche "por error" que gracias a Dios me di cuenta. En fin, podía haber sido mejor, pero desafortunadamente no lo fue. Espero que mejoren, pues es una pena.

Hotel is undergoing Renovations and upgrades which are needed and will enhance the property once completed. This is our second time staying there with family and will return again in the future.

The front desk staff said that we would get free parking because we were getting 3 rooms and then they charged us for parking! A lot!! The hotel is in really bad shape except the lobby. Stay away!

The restaurant attached to the hotel had a strong sewage odor, making it unpleasant to dine there. In addition, there was dirty water on the floor in common areas, creating an unsanitary environment. The pool area was also lacking basic amenities, as there were no umbrellas available for shade. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. One of the male hotel attendants acted as though our questions were an inconvenience and seemed annoyed whenever we asked for assistance. Overall, the hotel did not meet basic cleanliness, maintenance, or customer service expectations. I would not recommend staying here until significant improvements are made.

Had some issues with some odd worms or something on the curtain in our room but the staff was super courteous and switched us out with no fuss. Close to the beach and a decent enough hotel for the price. You can tell the rooms need some maintenance though despite them updating the furniture.

The customer service was excellent as well. Very helpful and attentive.
