Very friendly staff. Amazing access to the beach.

The dining room staff were awesome and so friendly!… tiki bar guy was nice and friendly… good pool and beach access . Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable.

La ubicación, la limpieza, la comodidad de la cama pero realmente lo mejor y más cálido de todo el Hotel fueron las personas del restaurante! Unas personas increíbles. Volveremos para reencontrarnos con ellas seguramente!

Nice and clean with the walkway directly to the beach

The room was ok, booked at a smaller Holiday Inn in Jacksonville a day before check-in and it was a better room with a microwave and everything I needed versus the room I booked in Miami. Didn’t look like the advertisement I saw and didn’t really have an ocean view, although it was a close walk to the beach. First day there my bedsheet didn’t get changed and the bathroom was very outdated and small, toilet was very low.

Over all a great stay. The place could use some sprucing up to be more polished. The staff was amazing!

Parking price is a little steep breakfast was expensive if not included in room price, 18% mandatory gratuity 2x people was $64 for a breakfast normally provided for free. Beach was nice and well maintained. #seaweedsummer

The room had a weird smell.

Beach front location! Front desk guy was not very helpful to us. Our flight had been delayed and we got in late and was hungry. He had no advice for us. Also the fire alarm went off at 5:52 am and everyone had to go downstairs but only one elevator worked. Pretty chaotic.

The room that we got was tucked away in a corner with a view to the ocean partially the view was obstructed with a lot of trees and maintenance not the best view at all other than that everything else was perfect

People were great, hotel was clean and well kept. The only blah moment was finding out pool bar closes at 500pm. :(:(
