Radisson Resort Miami Beach

The property and room was very clean. I was surprised that the hotel restaurant and other places around Miami charge 18% gratuity on all food and drinks.

Good location. Renovated rooms. Dated facilities. Music too loud in pool deck. Unfriendly and highly incompetent staff.

Upgraded to ocean view for free. The staff were great! Elevator broke down at night, had to walk up to the 9th floor. I loved the access to the beach though!

Bar was only open once .Gift shop closed .Pool close at8 parking is ridiculous and the room was nothing like what I picked..

Exceptional

The rooms could have been cleaned a little better, and the building is somewhat outdated. The beach chairs and umbrellas could also use an upgrade. Overall, though, it’s not a bad place for the price we paid

Very nice clean and nice Hotel.

The beach is at the back of the property. It’s very clean. Unfortunately, I went in August so I was unable to go into the sea. There was too much seaweed ☹️ I never got to use the beach chairs and umbrella even though l paid the daily resort fee. The chairs don’t get put out until later l, like around 10am but I went to the beach at 7/8am each morning to beat the Miami heat. Overall I would give this property a passing grade. I would go back.

Bad

The hotel was great for the location and price. Room was comfortable and loved ending the day at pool was great. We did get beach chairs and an umbrella with our booking for the beach. I would stay here again.

Good location drinks food good close to the beach

Was alright Somehow forgot to put my kids name on the booking but when I sign in I mention I was with my kids that’s why I want 2 beds . 3 of us, the morning, they told me my kids aren’t allowed for breakfast. Spoke to the receptionist, 1 was so rude , they didn’t want to, when I pay for a queen size room. Very embarrassing. Wasn’t happy with the service at all

On one occasion, our room wasn't cleaned; we returned after lunch to find it still untidy. When we asked at reception to have it cleaned, they responded quickly. Well done.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est excellent mais il faut prévoir d’autres frais surprises une fois arriver sur place. Le parking est cher.
