Honestly it want horrible but it wasn’t great the pool was not clean the bar wasn’t open upstairs by the rooftop pool staff were not friendly or informative about nothing that was my third time there and the first time was over 10 years ago and it was a lot better ! I would have to say if I can give a tip to them I would say invest some money into your property it needs some TLC the lounge chairs and disgusting just like that pool water I went in the morning it was dirty back in afternoon same dirt they def to definitely do some upgrades and provide more training to their staff

Si pides algo dicen que no hay o no te lo dan agua, hielo o te lo dan con desagrado Cortinas y ropa de cama manchadas y desmerecidas. Mal olor Puertas y muebiliario defectos. Trato al juesped deficiente tratan con desagrado como si uno no hubiese pagado. Lo único bueno la ubicación cercano a todo. Personal de recepción amable. Nos guardaron las maletas antes y después del check inn.

No issues getting the room I booked. The property was cleaned everyday. But my room wasn’t getting cleaned as often as I thought it would. Had to constantly ask the front desk staff to send housekeeping and no one would come even after asking three times each day I was there. I’d have to take matters into my own hands and ask the housekeeping staff myself and they helped with no issue. Julio, one of the housekeepers was my go to and he helped every time I asked. Everyone there may have felt understaffed and overworked with the World Cup crowd as well. Aside from that, the bartenders Mark and Stormy were great. They made good drinks and food. Dave was cool as well and had the property looking neat, for an only being open a month thus far. I’m sure the property overall will be even better moving forward.

My room smelled like colorox when we got there and the bathroom smelled like the sewer and had some mold on the corner walls. Staff was okay but didn’t give us any information about the breakfast or our free drinks . Air conditioner was great . Pool was dirty but good

There was constant banging on the ceiling from 7:30am until checkout at noon. It was ridiculously loud and unsettling. The property was ok besides that.

This place has a good location but the rooms are super small especially the bathroom. It’s dated and the staff wasn’t the friendliest. It was okay and they don’t offer shuttle service to the airport. To climb the stairs with your luggage was pretty horrendous. I didn’t like that they didn’t have an elevator.

I enjoyed everything; I am very focused on looking for positive moments and a good attitude. Location is perfect for going to the beach, shopping, walking around, just looking, and the convention center is just 5 minutes away.

Horrible Staff, instructed me where to leave my car for valet and let the car get both scratched and a parking ticket. When attempting to get the matter resolved they said it’s not their problem. I recommend staying anywhere else on South beach if you want to enjoy your vacation

discovered over 20 termites on my bed, pillows, and personal belongings. When I reported this to the front desk, the situation was met with a complete lack of urgency. Furthermore, the manager on duty failed to address the matter professionally, resulting in an appalling customer service experience. Emailed the manager multiple times and have yet to hear back.

Solid place for the money, block off Ocean Blvd. so walking distance - room was spacious - typical small footprint hotel space found here. Multiple pools, taco restaurant and just good overall spot and location. Was here on a 1-night stay business trip did the job.

I’ll start with the food and happy hour are good. The pool was filthy, the rooms filthy, thin walls, and staff were selective with giving the breakfast voucher. I was overall underwhelmed with my stay and I won’t book here again.
