UMA House by Yurbban South Beach

Very close to the convention center. The room was clean but very small. Unfortunately, we were one of the units that went directly outside, and you could hear everything outside your door. A bit odd that coffee isn’t served until 8, most people are up and about by 7. Plants and shrubbery were overgrown covering the stairwell. I think they were going for a green look, but having to move vines every two steps to your room isn’t ideal. Not a bad spot, but I’d look elsewhere if I ever came back to Miami.

The beach lounge they offer are only2 chairs (no umbrella). And you have to walk to 21st Street to get it.

My room faced a brick wall on south beach. None of the photos prepared me for this.. I believe it is no more than a 2 star hotel.

Beautiful boutique hotel with a chill vibe , quiet and the pool rooftop wasn’t too busy !

location I was given a room, then moved to another without being informed, and this change was never updated in their booking system. As a result, at 4 am, someone tried to enter my room because they had been given my room key, which appeared available in their system. They could not provide me a clear explanation about why it happened, so I left the hotel after the first night because I did not feel safe there. They promised to reimburse Booking.com for the remaining three nights I had already paid. I will never return to that place.

Room are not soundproof and the stuff wasn’t kind to my request. It was extreme noise in my room and I couldn’t sleep.

The staff were all so amazing and really tried hard to help me change rooms to a quieter area. However, nothing was available as the hotel was fully booked. Nonetheless, the front desk girls were all super nice. The hotel feels new and clean, the rooms are a good size. Nice bathroom. Great location.
