Nice spacious room in centre location. The 2 woman that was working behind the counter the day I checked in with terrible customer service did not smile once making it uncomfortable from the moment I walked through the door absolutely awful attitude . I arrived 10.30am after checking out my last hotel 10am, check in was 4pm and I politely asked could I check in early but my request was bluntly rejected and they was zero help. It felt like police interrogation just to check in loads of things to sign, loads of waiting about. I had to wait 4 weeks to get my refund for the €100 deposit. I was only staying for 1 night just no need for all seriousness of checking in. Will never be staying here again due to the awful customer service which needs a lot of work.

I am so in love with Lincoln Arms Suites, now only was it close to EVERYTHING!!! The room was equipped with all that you need!! I am definitely booking that Hotel again.

The property was in an excellent location near Lincoln Road. The apartment was large and catered well for our needs, would be more than happy to book again at a later point in time. Although we did not use, visitors can use the facilities at sister hotels in the close area so great to have as an option. Thank you for our stay.

Very nice place. Older but still nice. If I had to pick something the ac units where a bit loud. Especially since in the bedroom with you. But still very nice place. No pool at this location but shared ones just a block away and nice.

The property was nice but the AC in the room was not good it was very hot in the room. The checkout was not smooth either. And they wanted a good review before i checked in which was weird.
