The only thing I liked about the property was the location and the ease of check-in. Unfortunately, the room was very disappointing. There was visible mold on the ceiling, including areas where it appeared to have been painted over instead of properly addressed. There were bugs, stains, dirt, and the room was not properly clean. The condition of the room did not match the photos or description provided when I booked. I took photos during my stay to document the condition of the room.

Avoid this property - air is unbreathable due to humidity and there is mold. This is a health & safety concern. We couldn't sleep well at night due to the extreme poor quality of the air.

The location is perfect if going to an event at the Convention Center as it was only 2 blocks away and The New World Center is another block around the corner. Close to the strip of restaurants. Room was clean for the most part. Perfect for 2 people. Two issues I had. One, I did not like the check in process. They do not have a front desk so you have to call a number to be sent the codes when you arrive. Two, the hotel is directly on a main street so it can be noisy.

Room was small but perfect for two travelers. Location was perfect and easy access to resturants and most importantly the beachh. Some what easy to get into and the codes worked. I liked that I need a gate code plus a door code. Clean but the street lights came in and some street noise. There could be better blackout shades. I would stay here again but would need a bigger room for a family.
