Pillows all stained up and shower full of soap scum, and that’s just what I could see if you know what I mean. I had to clean everything and door dash an inflatable mattress and pillows to ever get through my stay. What exactly is four star about this hotel?

My three days stay was amazing. My room was extremely clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable! The staff was so helpful including the restaurant staff was so kind and attentive. I have no complaints about my stay at Hilton Cabana Hotel

Amazing. Clean. The private beach is amazing

Everything was really good. But the bathroom was so bad. I mean the staff didn’t call a housekeeper for cleaning the water spill. It’s very hard to take a shower inside the shower area.

From the moment we arrived, one of the elevators was out of service. With only one working elevator in the building, there have been multiple times when we’ve had to take the stairs simply because of the wait. Then, around 6:00 a.m. this morning, my children and I were woken up by an extremely loud and unusual banging noise. It was so intense that items in our room were actually shaking. I recorded the noise because I wanted to be able to share exactly what we were experiencing with the staff downstairs. I first tried calling from our room and was greeted by an automated message instructing me to hold for security. No one ever answered, and no one called back. Eventually, I went downstairs myself and spoke with a woman at the front desk. She apologized and said she would contact security. I asked if I should wait, and she told me there was no need. I went back upstairs, but the banging continued. So, once again, I went downstairs. When I told the same employee that the noise had not stopped, her response was, “Oh, it’s still happening?” What was most frustrating was the complete lack of follow-up. No one called our room. No one checked to see whether the noise had stopped. No one reassured us that someone was actually investigating the issue. I eventually asked to speak with a hotel manager and was told I would have to wait until 3:00 p.m. When I finally spoke with him, he

Travel w/ family(teen and preteen) for 6 nights. 2 pools and 1 hot tub on property they were ok both small and main pool was over crowded. Enjoyed complimentary bikes and just steps to the ocean. Pools could have been cleaned better. Staff was nice always provided extra towels and cloths and were polite, always greeted with a smile. Hotel restaurant and bar was ok but not worth the price hotel offered 20% off if you were staying at hotel and charge to your room. This did not happen ! 4- burgers and fries $122 Hotel bar friendly bartenders drinks were good but too expensive. Ordered 3 mocktails and 1 margarita was $85 gratuity included. Overall stay was comfortable but for nightly rate I’m sure there is something better. I always stay at Hilton Properties because I believe they are the best so I expected more. Starting to second guess Hilton :/…

I really enjoyed my time at the Hilton cabana Miami Beach resort. The staff was super friendly and helpful regards to whatever I asked whether it came to food, the location around me, or any other questions that I may have had. The front desk staff were super friendly. The bar/food staff at the restaurant was also extremely friendly as well. They were very knowledgeable about the area and the recommendations were all on point. The rooms are clean. I had a great view of the beach, which I strongly recommend, I would definitely go back and book a stay there.
