Oceanside Hotel and Suites

From the moment we arrived, our experience was absolutely flawless. We were looking for a relaxing escape that still allowed us to explore the area with ease, and this property delivered on every front. The location could not have been better. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

I had an excellent stay at Oceanside Hotel + Suites. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms were clean, and everything was comfortable throughout my visit. I would especially like to thank Isabela at the front desk for her kindness and professionalism. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was safe, smooth, and as perfect as possible. Her warm attitude and attention to detail made a real difference. I truly appreciate her outstanding service and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended

Nice stay. Resort fee you have to pay on arrival is unnecessary tho as there are not many resort amenities.

Everything was wonderful

This was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. The hotel did not clearly warn guests that there is no parking available, which is a major issue for travelers. I called the hotel many times, but no one answered the phone. I booked for 2 nights, but after arriving and realizing the situation, I decided not to stay. I contacted Expedia multiple times for help, but unfortunately, there was no real assistance and no refund was provided. I believe Expedia should not allow hotels to list rooms without clearly warning customers about serious issues like no parking. This feels very misleading to guests. I will be sharing my experience on Google, Facebook, Yelp, and other social media platforms so other people are aware before booking. Please be careful before booking this hotel.

I would not stay here again. It was a cheap loud place at a busy intersection. The place was ran down.

Everything was absolutely amazing! The staff is very friendly and room was perfect for our family! They even have complementary coffee offered in the morning, and a cute little popcorn machine for free in the lobby in the afternoon/evening! Management was great also! Thank you for having us! We will be back next time we visit Miami. :) Only thing that suprised us a little was parking. Weve never been to Miami, (so it could just be how all hotels are there?) but we had to pay to park off site. $35 for overnight parking per night. There's no parking at the actual hotel. It was very close though and parking was only a block or 2 away, so not a big deal. Again though, everyone was amazing and definitely were EXTREMELY accommodating. We cant thank them enough. :)

Nous sommes restés 2 semaines au oceanside, et c’était merveilleux! J’étais vraiment stressé , nous sommes un jeune couple dans la vingtaine qui vient du Canada et je ne savais pas à quoi m’attendre. C’était la première fois qu’on louait une chambre d’hôtel à l’exterieur de notre pays. Mais c’était tellement propre,beau, ça sentait bon, les lits étaient confortables, tout fonctionnait à merveille. Ils ont des chaises de plages et des parasols à disposition (gratuit) , des serviettes de plages. Bref tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Le personnel était merveilleux ! Les petits déjeuners etaient super. Le restaurant de l’hôtel était génial. On y a mangé SOUVENT!!! Tout était délicieux! Je recommande cette hôtel , et c’est certain que si je reviens à Miami, je vais revenir au Oceanside :)

The decor was beautiful Smell of shower drain. It needs a cover for when not in use.

The only plus was the pool was very shallow about 3ft deep and was perfect depth for my daughter to swim The a/c was those portable a/c units you buy at Walmart and the thing wasn't working properly and would give 7loud BEEPS every 20 minutes all night.. the smell was terrible smells like old moldy carpet. The beds smell. Be careful if you have respiratory problems cause im certain there's mold.

Close proximity to the beach. The front desk lady was really sweet. The restaurant took forever. Not that I guess we were in any hurry.... Also, the stairs were a pain that we had to climb to get to our room with luggage. Also we asked for more towels that were never delivered. My husband had to drive from a shower with a hand towel lol.

The stairs going up to the room has a terrible smell almost unbearable. They only serve coffee from 8am Nobody was there when I wanted to check out at 5 am

It was listed as non smoking property and I booked the stay. Ironically it was not and smells rotten and horrible. And the receptionist was rude and not answering properly to questions. Such a terrible way of receiving people.

Great hotel and location. The staff at the tavern is top tier. I was disappointed in the bathroom towels. Multiple days there weren’t towels available.
